A few years ago, my uncle asked if he could park his RV at my property.

I didn’t really have an issue at that time.

He wanted to fix it up to go on some nice camping trips together with the family. I thought it sounded great. Well, he worked on it for a little while. He even hooked up some solar panels on the roof that controlled all the electrical systems. The issue was that there was trouble with the engine. He ended up buying a used engine and also that has been resting in my garage. He didn’t have a cherry picker to remove the old engine and he never got around to finishing the work. More recently, I asked him what he was planning on doing with that RV, and he asked me if I wanted it. He said I could have it because of the inconvenience it has caused me resting on my property. I decided to take it and he handed me over the title to it and I got it registered in my name. I ended up getting a cherry picker and pulled the old engine and installed the new one myself. The solar panels still were working great and I decided to install a cheap ductless mini split system. The ductless mini split easily functions with just the power from the solar panels, so now you can keep it running all the time. We even hang out inside the RV during the nights just playing cards from time to time with the ideal temperature control settings from the climate control system. We also have already been on a few family camping trips which were awesome!

Heating and cooling equipment

I applied for a teaching job with a couple of different elementary schools in the city.

I didn’t know if I would get any calls for interviews, because it was my first year out of college.

I had two interviews and one of the principals wanted me to join her team. She asked me if I would be interested in teaching the second grade. I was happy to teach any grade or any subject as long as she was offering me a job. Since I was a first-year teacher, I didn’t have a classroom of my own. I was forced to teach from a portable classroom outside. Some of the older teachers told me to beware of the portable classrooms, but I really haven’t had any problems at all. In fact, I kind of like the portable classroom. I have a lot more room than the other teachers and I have four walls that I can use for bulletin boards. The classroom has a ductless HVAC system. I have access to heat and air conditioning that I can control on my own. I’m sure there are lots of reasons why a classroom is better than a portable building, but I’ve had a hard time coming up with a reason why it is a better situation for me. I’m really enjoying getting to know all of the students. I never thought I would have a class room of my own and I am positively excited to have a portable, modular, or stick and brick classroom full of students that call me their teacher.

 

Mobile Event Solutions

For as long as I can remember I’ve always craved a small town life.

I grew up living in a busy City with my parents but I had always known from the time I was very young that my heart was calling me in other directions.

I craved the peace, the quiet, and a solitude that the more rural areas bring. I also wanted to see the nature, and the Stars. Two things that I could never see in the busy Urban environment that I lived in. This is why as soon as I was old enough to move out I moved to a rural area as soon as I could. I was dying to live out that fantasy I’d always wanted. It was through a lot of hard work that I was able to make my fantasy a reality. Even though I now live in a small town and I have everything I had hoped for as a kid, I do feel like there is one thing that is missing is more businesses. I guess I wish my super small town was just a little bit bigger. We don’t even have a heating and AC business here. Last winter when my space heater stopped working I had to call a HVAC technician from another heating and cooling business and pay an extra cost to have them come out here because of the distance. So I do wish I had a local heating AC business here as well as a few other local stores, but other than that life is perfect.

 

 

Digital thermostat

Decided to upgrade my home to a Smart thermostat I didn’t think there would be any issues doing that. I figured I would just go and purchase a programmable thermostat like I planned and then schedule an appointment with my local heating AC business to have them install it for me. Sure, I could have installed it in myself but I would rather have a professional do it so that way I am insured that it will be installed correctly. I’m not sure if I trust myself to do that. I’m sure it’s simple but I just feel more comfortable if I have a certified Heating and cooling guy come and do it for me. But having someone come and install it wasn’t even the main issue, the main issue was buying it to begin with! I was looking all over and I couldn’t find any smart thermostats over for sale. I checked many of the local heating and cooling businesses and it seems like most of them had sold out of them. It didn’t take me long after a little bit of digging to figure out why this was happening. Most of the heating and AC businesses had recently had a sale of 50% off on all their smart thermostats. This is very annoying to me because now not only can I not get one but this means I just missed out on a great sale!. But I ended up getting a little bit of good luck because I found the online website of some of the heating AC businesses and the cell was still going on and I had the smart thermostat I was wanting and stock online. They had more of them available in the warehouse just not in the local store so when I purchased it I could have it shipped to me and so that is what I did.

Cooling

I live in a very tall apartment building downtown.

One of the ways that I keep myself cool is to have a window air conditioning unit in the window.

I love to open up the windows in my apartment to let in some fresh air and when I put the window AC in the window it is excellent at helping to circulate all that fresh air into my apartment. It is much better than having to continuously breathe the still indoor air in. That just simply isn’t good for you or your indoor air quality. I really like my window AC system and I never expected anything to happen to it. However unfortunately, life sometimes has other plans and I saw one Saturday morning my window air conditioning system get destroyed. I have a cat, a cat that I absolutely adore but my cat for some reason likes to swat at my window air conditioning system. If she went over to my window AC while I was sitting in the window letting in all the air in from outside and she jumped on it. I mean a full leaped onto the window air conditioning system. I later found out it was because she saw a bug that had landed on the window AC system and she was trying to catch it. I was terrified when I saw her leap on it because I was afraid that the window air conditioner and her would fall out of the window. I can always buy a new AC but I can never replace a cat like her. While she was successful at knocking the window air conditioning system out of my window and plummeting several feet down to the pavement where it would ultimately smash into pieces, she was able to grab onto the window and leap back inside the building. I was just thankful I hadn’t lost my cat and from then on she wasn’t allowed in that area.

 

Duct cleaning

When I went outside to service my heating and cooling system, I noticed that I had been hearing some wrestling noises coming from the inside of it.

• I wasn’t going to do any kind of maintenance, I don’t actually have the skill for that because I’m not a heating and a seat and professional.

But I had noticed that a lot of leaves and Fallen branches had landed on top of it and I was going to clear them out when I heard the noise. I was a bit surprised and freaked out when I heard the noise because I wasn’t expecting to hear what sounded like anything moving in there. But after taking another look I discovered that there was a family of rats living in my heating and AC system! My HVAC unit has been struggling as it was and now I see why, the inside of the heater coin you know was disgusting from the rats messes and I knew I would need clean immediately. This was not a job I was going to do myself. I called an exterminator took care of the issue for me. Then afterwards I called a heating and AC professional and have them inspect my HVAC unit to make sure that it was still in good working order. Couldn’t believe when the cooling professional told me that my heating and air conditioning system was just fine and that since the rats were removed and the AC unit has been thoroughly cleaned, but I wouldn’t have anything to worry about he didn’t check to make sure everything was fully functional and once everything was cleared my HVAC was cleared to go

When I had my heating system breakdown I didn’t think too much of it.

The reason is because I knew my local heating and corporation and they were always very speedy and getting things done in a timely matter.

So when my furnace stopped working I just scheduled a repair appointment with my local heating and AC business but I would normally do. And, as per usual I had a heating and AC guy come out to my house that same day to do the repair. What I love about this HVAC business is that oftentimes I can get same-day repairs. The guy came out here and started inspecting my gas furnace and he asked me some standard questions about it, like how long it had been broken and how I had maintained it up until this point and so forth. A few hours passed and he was still working on it. I asked him how it was coming but he seemed like he was having some difficulties and so I waited a few more hours. After a few hours he told me that he was not sure what was wrong with it and he would need to get a second opinion the following day. The following day another HVAC technician came with the first Heating and cooling guy that had visited my house and they both took a look of it and we’re having trouble diagnosing exactly what was wrong with it. One thing was for sure and that was that they were taking way too long to fix it. Finally after they got a third guy out they were able to diagnose the problem and have it fixed but for a while there I was worried that I would never be able to use my furnace again.
