Sitting on our chair in our office at our Heating and A/C company waiting for our brother to step in it! I have been kicking around the method for the last few weeks about us investing some of our earnings in acquiring a van for our Heating and A/C dealer.

I only see positives & after I talk to our brother, I’m sure he would agree, my brother & I already have been discussing buying modern Heating and A/C device to help us further our company & throwing the tools in the back of our pickup trucks isn’t something I want to continue to do, especially if we have newer tools.

It can get bad while we were in the Wintertide months because we periodically have to shovel a foot or more of snow & then unattach the tarp we have on the tools. It isn’t unquestionably professional I think for someone to see a truck with all our Heating and A/C device in the back bed of it! Steps into our office is our brother & I say, “I’m just going to get to the point & I think it’s time we buy a van for our Heating and A/C business.” Mark smiles & says, “ that is a good method & we honestly should do that.” He also then responds saying, “ especially if we get all modern equipment.” I smiled & was happy he agreed! Then I said let’s go this weekend. They have some nice vans in the immense city. Both of us both think we are not going to find anything in our small town, especially if we want something modern & charming to the neighborhood residents.

My brother John, just came to me about getting a van for our Heating as well as A/C business.

I know it’s a great proposal and I fully support our business getting a car that makes us look love better Heating as well as A/C servicemans. So since he brought up the proposal I said “I recognize the two of us need to hire 1 or 2 heating and cooling techs to work for us.” He smiled at the proposal and said, “most definitely.” I proceeded to tell him after the recent 2 week vacation I was on I’m exhausted from being on call and helping everyone in this small neighborhood which feels love a 24/7 task. We are the only 2 Heating as well as A/C serviceman’s in this small neighborhood and everyone counts on us, but john said, “I couldn’t agree more.” I want more time with my family and also I would love more time with my brother outside of us toiling side by side all the time. I would love to do a cookout or just relax next to the river and have a budweiser with him without worrying about a person’s gas furnace malfunctioning or someone wanting a smart temperature control installed. If the two of us had 1 or 2 servicemans toiling for us after that I can do more things that the two of us would prefer doing. I want to have a weekend off here and there and take my partner to a movie without fear of being called on a task. It’s just healthier in general that the two of us have another person toiling with us. So I told my brother I want to get an ad out there starting tomorrow and the two of us start interviewing next week, also, the two of us are going to take our time with this process because the two of us want someone who would do a great task for our small town.

I want to have a weekend off here & there & take our partner to a motion picture without fear of being called on a job. It’s just healthier in general that we have another person toiling with us. We keep putting out new music every week just to create new art plus to connect with others, plus the two of us don’t care how many prefers or followers the two of us have, the two of us just want to put it out there.

Our latest song called Nobody’s Watching is a more solemn song about feeling lonely plus I believe it is 1 of our better music.

We make a lot of funny music plus teenagers music, however the two of us also want to make deeper music plus music with more meaning, plus I believe this latest song did a pretty fantastic task of doing that, heating up life with making art is a enjoyable way to connect, plus the local companies care about when the two of us play in front of their locales because the two of us bring people in. Who knows where this music path will take us however it is fun to create plus make new art for the world plus for ourselves. The Heating plus A/C business is enjoyable for coming up with material for our music, plus heat pumps plus cooling system systems can be fun topics to sing about. I believe tonight the two of us are going to make a video of us playing on this long rock pier that sticks out into the Mediterranean Sea, plus it should be a fantastic video. The heating plus cooling rep is going to film us tonight plus the two of us will sing a song about Heating plus A/C unit plus laboring on HVAC duct. It will legitimately be a funny song plus I believe the two of us can use it as a promo for the clubs that the two of us want to play in.

We haven’t had power for a few fourths plus the iPad I am laboring on is down to 30% power left.

It should be enough to get our toil done but I hope the power comes on soon so all of our food in the fridge doesn’t spoil.

I just went shopping Last year plus bought a bunch of food, however luckily most of it is fruit plus veggies, which will last for a few afternoons even without a fridge to keep them cool. I also have kefir in the fridge, however that can go a while too without refrigeration. My Heating plus A/C system isn’t going to do me much fantastic though, as it stopped heating up our flat as soon as the power went bye bye. I just need to keep the door of the fridge closed plus the cold will stay in for quite a while. The local corporation will be out soon to look at our power plus hopefully the Heating plus A/C system will still be laboring once they restore the electricity in our building, however the locale next to us is having toil done plus I am sure that some bozo split a power line plus doesn’t even realize that he did it. I believe sorry for the people next door because without heating their little baby is going to be cold. We will have power soon though plus all will be well once again for everyone in our building, however i have a fireplace to keep warm, so if it comes down to it the two of us entirely don’t need a heating plus cooling system to keep warm.

I would prefer to ask the HVAC tech about some energy saving tips when I go to the HVAC business Last weekbecause I would prefer to trim our power bills down even more if possible

I am feeling a bit sleepy as I write these articles, so I suppose I will do 2 more & then go hop in our bed for an hour nap. I need to recharge our energy as the people I was with and I are going to be playing songs tonight & I am the drummer & singer. It takes a lot of energy to drum, especially at 55 years of age, & when you add singing on top of that it can be pretty bad after a couple of hours. The new business in neighborhood is going to meet us later once he is done doing his heat pump repair task. Anyway, taking a nap entirely helps to restore our energy & helps to propel me through the jam sessions. I would prefer to ask the HVAC tech about some energy saving tips when I go to the HVAC business Last weekbecause I would prefer to trim our power bills down even more if possible. That way I can use the extra money to fuel our band with some online advertising & signs for when the people I was with and I play out on the streets & in bars. I suppose getting a geo heat pump for the winters would help a lot, & as far as the summer’s go, well I have a mini cut air conditioning system unit that cools down our living room entirely nicely at night. I try to keep the apartment modest during the Summer as I spend a lot of time at the beach & don’t need to cool the apartment down when I am not at home.
