I am feeling a bit sleepy as I write these articles, so I assume I will do various more and then go hop in our bed for an hour nap.

I need to recharge our energy as we are going to be playing tunes tonight and I am the drummer and singer. It takes a lot of energy to drum, especially at 55 years of age, and when you add singing on top of that it can be pretty awful after a couple of hours. The new business in city is going to meet us later once she is done doing her heat pump repair job, but anyway, taking a nap actually helps to restore our energy and helps to propel myself and others through the jam sessions. I would prefer to ask the HVAC tech about some energy saving tips when I go to the HVAC business Last monthbecause I would prefer to trim our power bills down even more if possible. That way I can use the extra money to fuel our band with some online advertising and signs for when we play out on the streets and in bars. I assume getting a geo heat pump for the winters would help a lot, and as far as the summer’s go, well I have a mini split a/c equipment that cools down our dining room actually nicely at evening. I try to keep the home mediocre while I was in the Summer as I spend a lot of time at the beach and don’t need to cool the home down when I am not at home.

Why is it that things constantly split at the most inopportune time? Take for instance, about a month ago, my entire family came to see me, so I had about 6 extra people staying in my home, and i live in a 3-dining room house, so there was plenty of room for all of us, and the two of us had my 2 nieces here & they slept on a queen-size blow-up bed.

They had never slept on a blow-up bed before, & they loved every hour of it… Anyway, while my family was here, every one of us had a bit of a hiccup.

The toilet in the ½ bathroom on the bottom floor decided to break. The flapper broke off from the chain, so the water inside the tank kept running. Thankfully, my Mom was able to supply a temporary repair until I could get a hold of a plumber. My Mom gave to repair it, although I insisted on just hiring the plumber to do the work. The last thing I wanted my Mom to do was to repair my broken toilet while he was on holiday. Anyway, I was able to contact a plumbing service the same afternoon the flapper broke & by 12:00 p.m. that afternoon, the plumber was at my house. And in less than an hour, the flapper was fixed. I paid the plumber & gave him a tip – it was money well spent to avoid further aggravation, then happy to report the broken flapper was the only thing that went wrong that week, & my family had a great time while they were here.

When I saw sparks coming from my light sockets, I knew there was a problem.

I called my partner, plus she told myself and others to search for an electrician near me.

She said I should have three local electricians plus ask them to inspect the condo plus supply us an estimate of what needed to be done; All of us didn’t want faulty electric wiring to cause a condo fire. My parents’ condo burnt down right after Christmas about three years earlier, and even though the condo had recently been remodeled, the business hadn’t looked in the attic or basement. It was their fault they had not completely replaced the wiring, but that was up to the insurance dealer to handle the business who hired the electrician, but thinking about that house, I called the three electricians near myself and others plus asked them to look at my wiring. I explained what was happening with the sparks when I jammed something into the wall. I was also upfront about asking other electricians for estimates. The first electrician thought I had a faulty outlet, but I didn’t want her thoughts. I wanted the opinion of a licensed electrician. The fourth electrician looked at the wiring, plus she took the light switches plus plugs out of the wall plus checked them all. She thought it could have been the appliance. The fifth electrician told myself and others she could not possibly do a superb inspection in an hour or two. She was going to come to the condo plus bring some meters that would measure electrical flow, plus she could better pinpoint the reason for the sparks. All of us hired him because she was thorough.

Sitting on my chair in my office at my Heating, Ventilation, in addition to A/C supplier waiting for my brother to step in it, then i have been kicking around the plan for the last few weeks about us investing some of our earnings in acquiring a van for our Heating, Ventilation, in addition to A/C supplier. I only see positives in addition to after I talk to my brother, I’m sure he would agree, however my brother in addition to I already have been discussing buying current Heating, Ventilation, in addition to A/C component to help us further our supplier in addition to throwing the tools in the back of our pickup trucks isn’t something I want to continue to do, especially if every one of us have newer tools. It can get terrible while I was in the Wintertide weeks because every one of us occasionally have to shovel a foot or more of snow in addition to then remove the tarp every one of us have on the tools. It isn’t undoubtedly professional I feel for someone to see a truck with all our Heating, Ventilation, in addition to A/C component in the back bed of it! Steps into my office is my brother in addition to I say, “I’m just going to get to the point in addition to I suppose it’s time every one of us buy a van for our Heating, Ventilation, in addition to A/C business.” Mark smiles in addition to says, “ that is a great plan in addition to every one of us definitely should do that.” He also then responds saying, “ especially if every one of us get all current equipment.” I smiled in addition to was cheerful he agreed, then I said let’s go this weekend. They have some nice vans in the large city. The people I was with and I both feel every one of us are not going to find anything in our small town, especially if every one of us want something current in addition to appealing to the neighborhood residents.

My sister John, just came to me about getting a van for our HVAC business.

I suppose it’s a fantastic method & I fully support our corporation getting a automobile that makes us look prefer better HVAC workers. So since she brought up the method I said “I think we need to hire 1 or 2 heating & cooling techs to work for us.” She smiled at the method & said, “most definitely.” I proceeded to tell him after the recent 2 month holiday I was on I’m sleepy from being on call & helping all the people in this small neighborhood which feels prefer a 24/7 task. All of us are the only 2 HVAC worker’s in this small neighborhood & all the people counts on us, john said, “I couldn’t agree more.” I want more time with my family & also I would prefer more time with my sister outside of us laboring side by side all the time. I would prefer to do a cookout or just relax next to the river & have a heineken with him without worrying about a person’s oil furnace malfunctioning or someone wanting a smart temperature control installed. If we had 1 or 2 workers laboring for us after that I can do more things that we would love doing. I want to have a weekend off here & there & take my wifey to a movie without fear of being called on a task. It’s just healthier in general that we have another lady laboring with us. So I told my sister I want to get an ad out there starting tomorrow & we start interviewing next week. Also, we are going to take our time with this process because we want someone who would do a fantastic task for our small town.

Then I said let’s go this weekend. They have some nice vans in the big city. All of us both guess we are not going to find anything in our small town, especially if we want something current & beautiful to the neighborhood residents.
