I called my partner, plus she told myself and others to search for an electrician near me.
She said I should have three local electricians plus ask them to inspect the condo plus supply us an estimate of what needed to be done; All of us didn’t want faulty electric wiring to cause a condo fire. My parents’ condo burnt down right after Christmas about three years earlier, and even though the condo had recently been remodeled, the business hadn’t looked in the attic or basement. It was their fault they had not completely replaced the wiring, but that was up to the insurance dealer to handle the business who hired the electrician, but thinking about that house, I called the three electricians near myself and others plus asked them to look at my wiring. I explained what was happening with the sparks when I jammed something into the wall. I was also upfront about asking other electricians for estimates. The first electrician thought I had a faulty outlet, but I didn’t want her thoughts. I wanted the opinion of a licensed electrician. The fourth electrician looked at the wiring, plus she took the light switches plus plugs out of the wall plus checked them all. She thought it could have been the appliance. The fifth electrician told myself and others she could not possibly do a superb inspection in an hour or two. She was going to come to the condo plus bring some meters that would measure electrical flow, plus she could better pinpoint the reason for the sparks. All of us hired him because she was thorough.
