Today is Chest, Triceps, and Shoulders Day

I do a three way split workout routine each week, training the groups of body parts on different days once a week.

I used to workout every day when I was younger but now I find that three days a week of weight training is more than enough to keep the muscle that is left on my body.

I don’t have as much muscle as before but am a lot more flexible, adding daily yoga to my workout regime. I was an HVAC repairman long ago and had a lot of lower back problems until I started doing yoga each day to loosen up my body. It has helped tremendously and I will continue to do it until I can’t move anymore. I used to have problems when working on my air conditioner, bending over for hours at a time to work on it, but now it doesn’t hurt at all when I do the same type of work. I can’t lift as heavy as I could when I was younger but it isn’t necessary as most of my work is done online now. I used to have to haul heavy HVAC equipment up stairs and ladders, but now all of my work is done with my fingertips basically. I still do some manual labor now and then but nothing compared to what I did when I was younger and stronger. I think I will clean my furnace filter today as I think about it, because winter will soon be here and I want it to be clean and ready when it does come.

Switching to washable filters from disposable filters

I’m gonna buy a few HEPA filters, specifically washable HEPA filters.

All my old filters are going to be replaced by these in my new place.

I have a robot vacuum cleaner. A HEPA filter would make it better at catching dust. Dust allergies make me sneeze my head off, and I’m trying to fix that. I will have a washable HEPA filter installed in my Heating and A/C plan this month in place of the old disposable filter. I can stop throwing all these filters away every three months and stop adding to the trash. One day, garbage in the dumps will just disappear. The problem has to be solved. The dump must be filled with old cooling systems, furnaces, and appliances. Maybe it is possible to incinerate everything without polluting the air. I am sure one day someone will figure out how to remove all of this waste piling up around the world. My part is to stop throwing out the air conditioning and heating filters, as well as the vacuum cleaner filters. A washable HEPA filter will also replace the filter in my kitchen exhaust fan.

Washable Filters are Much Better

But for now, I’ll stop throwing out the filters for my heating and air conditioning system and my vacuum cleaner

Several HEPA filters are on my shopping list, in particular washable HEPA filters. They will replace all of my old filters in the new house. I have one of those robot vacuum cleaners with a normal filter. Ideally, it should have a HEPA filter to catch more dust on the floor. Dust allergies are making me crazy and I’m going to try to fix the problem so I won’t have to sneeze so much anymore. I am going to the local supplier this month to obtain a washable HEPA filter for my Heating and A/C plan. So I won’t have to throw all these filters away every three months. One day they’ll find a way to make all that garbage disappear. Something’s gotta work. Imagine all of the old cooling systems and furnaces and appliances in the dumps. It seems like they could incinerate everything and turn it into dust without polluting the air in doing so. One day someone will be able to figure out a way to get rid of all this waste piling up around the world. But for now, I’ll stop throwing out the filters for my heating and air conditioning system and my vacuum cleaner. My kitchen exhaust fan has a filter, which I plan to replace with a washable HEPA filter.

Dust allergies are pretty bad for me, and I’m going to try to fix it so that I won’t sneeze my head off anymore. I can stop throwing all these filters away every three months and stop adding more litter to the dumps. Hopefully one day they will be able to make the garbage in the dumps just disappear. A solution must exist. Imagine all the old cooling systems, furnaces, and appliances in the dumps. Possibly, they could incinerate everything and turn it into dust without polluting the air. I don’t have to worry about HVAC bill

About 10 years ago, I had a life situation going on that caused me to need to move out of our home and move into a condo in our city where I currently live! My home is in a neighboring town, which is about a 45-eighth drive away.

At the time, gasoline prices were outrageous, just like they are now, and I had a loved one who was having health difficulties and absolutely needed someone to help him.

At that time, I decided to rent our home out to our neighbor in town, and just live close to our job and close to our loved one. About 4 years ago our loved one passed away, and it was time to start thinking about moving back home. When I thought about that, but, I absolutely didn’t want to do it because I didn’t want a 45-eighth commute to work every morning, so, I am continuing to rent this cute little townhome that is only 10 minutes from our office. Well, earlier this week I came home from work and I discovered that our A/C was on the fritz. When something like the air conditioner needs work, that is when I am glad that I am a leaseholder. If I was not renting the townhouse, of course I would have to pay for the heating and A/C repairs. In fact, when the cooling was on the fritz at our home and the neighbor in town, our property supervisor called me to let me know that I was going to have to pay an A/C repair bill. I know that our tenants were glad that they did not have to pay for the cooling to be fixed, and just the same I am glad that I did not have to pay for our cooling to be fixed just the other morning. When I get close to retirement, I will transport back into our house, because that is where I intend to be when I am retired. At that time I will have to go back to making all repairs and doing all service even that of the air conditioner.
