My only task today is going to be cleaning our gas furnace filter at some point plus after that I am going to make our homemade pasta sauce for breakfast tonight. I care about to cook during the afternoon plus have it all done so when breakfast time rolls around all I have to do is heat it up for a few minutes. I am going to labor on our Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C plan today plus get the filter cleaned so that when I turn on the heat in a few weeks it won’t blow a bunch of dust out of the vents. I don’t think I have cleaned it since last Winter so I am sure there is a lot of dust in it. My HEPA filter in our is clean however that doesn’t help me much when it comes to the heating. I have 2 filters in our central unit that need to be cleaned respectfully. I have a couple of cats plus I notice that the HEPA filter catches a lot of animal fur, which is good because I am allergic to animal fur plus if it didn’t catch it I would be sneezing furiously. I adore our cats although I need to make sure that their fur isn’t all over the locale or I will suffer a lot. I have an automatic robot vacuum cleaner with a HEPA in it too plus it also gets a lot of the animal fur that is on the floor, so between the 2 HEPA filters I think I am going to be okay with these shedding cats.

I did it again last night, playing way too several games of beach volleyball with our friends when I should have been taking it straight-forward. Today it will be impossible to play though because our knees are in a lot of pain plus I need to rest a few afternoons. I’m supposed to be playing drums later with a group of people however I am not sure I can even do that as our shoulders are quite sore too. I think today is just going to be a afternoon of rest plus working at beach beach house on our laptop. Life can change in the baffix of an eye, as our Heating plus Air Conditioning rep friend once told me.

I am fortunate to have our task at the local company when it seems prefer everything else has fallen apart in our life. It’s legitimately not that exhausting but our mind likes to tell myself and others otherwise. It keeps myself and others in the mix with others when all I want to do is hibernate in our room. I know that being alone too much isn’t great so this task for the local company is saving our life. My Mom, the Heating plus Air Conditioning company owner plus salesman, has been gone almost 2 years now plus I am still trying to come to terms with it.

I not only lost our Mom but a whole bunch of other things fell apart in the meantime knocking myself and others down to a point where I no longer wanted to get back up.

But I realize that I must get up plus keep pushing forward because death is just a part of life. I lost our money, the appreciate of our life, plus our health over the past 2 years plus am toiling to build it all back again. I am still toiling for the local company through it all plus will continue to do so while I walk along the path to reclaimy. I’ve never lost so much in our life as I have over the past 2 years, teaching myself and others that not everything is forever but that you can bounce back from almost everything if you have a strong sense of self plus trust in the process of life. I am glad to be toiling on Heating plus Air Conditioning equipment each day as it takes our mind off of all the heavy things that hit myself and others lately. I’ll be okay soon plus will find our glad self again plus keep on keeping on down the road of life. I’ll clean our HEPA filter this week plus study some of our Mom’s poetry later on as I rest by our fireplace plus stare at the flames. My Mom’s memory will live on in our heart plus I’ll see him again a single day somewhere.

I just had such a wonderful meditation session as it put myself and others in a deep state of relaxation plus now I know refreshed plus recharged.

This is how those ice cold sea water dips make myself and others know too but it is the middle of summer time plus cold sea dips are far off in the distant past till Wintertide rolls around again.

I suppose I fell asleep some while the two of us were in this meditation session although I did get into a great deep state of meditation before sleeping. It helps reset our mind plus teaches myself and others to have patience. The HEPA filter salesman at the outdated local company got myself and others into meditating before he passed away last year. I used to look forward to seeing him each day when I went for our walk beside the Heating plus Air Conditioning supplier where he worked for so long. I still look for him when I walk by, hoping to see his smile but all I see is our reflection in the empty window. The store has since closed down plus has been empty since the outdated man passed away. He was a constant fixture there over the years plus a lot of the Heating plus Air Conditioning buyers came in to talk to him each day. I suppose he made it to 87 years outdated before dying so I know he had a pretty great run. A lot of our friends have passed away too, reminding myself and others to cherish life while I still have it.
