I just went for my frigid swim in the sea today after not doing it for almost a month, in addition to wow was it ever frigid! I just checked online in addition to it said the water temp is actually 58F in addition to dropping over the next week.

I suppose it will get down to approximately 50F, which is absolutely frigid, but also absolutely good for my mind in addition to body.

So that is what I am going to do to see if I actually find any relief. I just want to be able to work on heating plus cooling technology plus to be able to carry geothermal heat pumps up a flight of stairs separate from being in too much pain. I believe I am going to need up-to-date knees if this does not work, even though I am going to have to wait a while on that because they cost a lot of currency. I invested some money in this heating plus cooling business, along with some more currency in my friend’s local business, so if either of them take off over the next year then I can use that currency to get some up-to-date knees. I think tonight I will sleep so much better than last evening, as well as I totally plan on going to bed early so that I can make that happen.
