And there was even a time where our house was struck by lightning and fried something in the heat pump. Those HVAC professionals were out to us within the hour to get our air conditioning going again. And even now that we’re moving, the HVAC company wants to lend a hand there as well. The HVAC equipment we had installed when we moved here was really the best residential HVAC we could buy. And the HVAC company has provided a history of HVAC maintenance for prospective buyers. On top of that, they even went so far as to give us a list of the best HVAC companies in our new town.

I’m not truly so sure that this modern space I’ve created could be considered a person cave; then and even if it passed that bar, I’m not sure that’s what I would call it anyway. At the same time, it’s not any sort of high brow learning either! I just wanted a space of our own. And with the help of our brother, my buddy and I were able to do just that. But the catch is that the space isn’t inside the central air cooler of our house.
