I believe I am not going to be able to run for much longer provided that my knees are almost all out of cartilage.

I don’t think it would be a great move at all to give them any more pounding than necessary before getting a total knee upgrade down the road.

I had a really sweet 30 year run of competitive beach volleyball so I believe it wasn’t all a waste. I just have the wish to be able to walk when I am an aged man and not be in excruciating pain for the rest of my life. I think supplements will be key and Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C machine repair will be possible again after a few weeks of therapy. I still have a bit of cartilage left so maybe these pills will help rebuild it a bit and I will be fine to go for another 20,000 miles. I love to clean ducts and labor on a/c machines for purchasers, but I need to have great working knees to do so. I will try these collagen pills for some time to see if they do anything and then go from there with some physical therapy. This local contractor near me does knee therapy and I will actually trade them some a/c machine repair labor for some knee therapy. I will keep a positive mind and try to service this setback and move on with my life. I just went for my chilly swim in the sea this week after not doing it for almost a week, & wow was it ever cold! I just checked online & it said the water temp is 58F & dropping over the next week. I think it will get down to around 50F, which is especially chilly but also particularly unbelievable for my mind & body. My joints have taken a true beating over the years & I am hoping that supplementation with glucosamine & collagen will help them a bit. The heating machine supplier, who helped me over the years doing space gas furnace sales & duct cleaning, informed me that he had a lot of success with the supplements & that I should give them a try for many weeks to see if they help. So that is what I am going to do to see if I get any relief. I just want to be able to work on heating & cooling technology & to be able to carry geothermal heat pumps up a flight of stairs without being in miserable pain. I guess I am going to need new knees if this doesn’t work, although I am going to have to wait a while on that because they cost way too much.
