After looking around at all of the machines and the area that we needed to work in, I told the customer that it was unquestionably going to take 8 hours. He had a sour look on his face. He disappeared into the house and I did not see him again until later that day. My crew and I stopped to have lunch at 2:00. He looked at me like I was stealing from the money register.

I’ve had some of the same employees for the past 5 years. When I started my business, I hired two guys to work with me. One was another man that worked at the previous contractor where I was employed and another was a neighbor of my brothers. Both of those guys have been with me for a long time. I have had the same crew for a while, but recently I decided to shake things up and hire two new employees. The employees that I have have been slacking off and going slow. They have been taking their jobs for granted and I want them to know that I am looking for an employee that will work hard and put the contractor first. I think the modern employees will unquestionably drive up morale. I decided to hire two people that are right out of college. Both are really smart and will need to ride around with one of my HVAC service specialists for a while. That will unquestionably cause a little bit of a stir. If the new HVAC service specialists learn their job quickly, I’m going to need to find a place for them on the payroll and that means that I’m only going to be giving hours to the people that are working hard. My fiance and I have a portable A/C machine in our home.

There are a lot of benefits to having a portable A/C unit.

First, it’s portable and it can be moved anywhere you need it. There are a couple of things that need to be situated, but it is entirely easy to transfer the portable A/C machine anywhere you need to go. It has wheels and a handy carrying handle on the back of the machine. Another thing that I entirely love about the portable A/C machine is the fact that it has washable and removable air filters. There are two air filters on the back of the machine. The air filter has to be removed from their housing machine and then we wash them in warm soapy water until the water is completely clean and free of dust or dirt. I put the air filters back on the machine when they are mostly dry. There is also an air filter on the side of the portable A/C machine that needs to be cleaned. It is a long piece that slides out. It is unquestionably thin. It is easy to wash this area of the air filtration system. When the water runs clean, I put the air filter back inside of the unit. I tried to wash the filters weekly, but they should be cleaned more frequently. I have a couple of cats in my house and one of them sheds a lot. The hairs on the floor tend to clog up the bottom air filter quickly. I tried to check that one at least every other week.
