After inspecting the quality cooling system and replacing the filter, I still could not figure out the issue. I called that aged colleague in the next neighborhood who would pass by to help me. He and I discovered the problem was a rusted component that my friend and I replaced. He and I also fixed the digital temp control unit, which had been giving false studyings.
