My associate and I did not need to spend exorbitant prices on central Heating and Air Conditioning when ductless units did just fine. Our property is relatively small so two ductless units on either side of the household suit us nicely! Ductless units are cheap and easy, though they are quite efficient at cooling small areas entirely efficiently! They consist of an indoor and an outdoor component and repair is pretty easy! I care about my ductless units!

My personal office at work has a window air conditioner unit.

It worked pretty well for my first year with the company.

However, I will disclose that it did emit a sort of faint mildew stink. It eventually started dripping condensate on the carpet. I was a bit too lazy and slow to address this problem. I simply put a plastic bucket under the air conditioner to catch the condensate. In reality, I should have called out for an Heating and A/C worker pretty quickly once I noticed the leak! Ultimately however, I did not, and further problems arose, and before I knew it the window air conditioner equipment was blowing out tepid air! It did not matter what I set the thermostat to, it simply was not able to produce cool air anymore, much less freezing air! That’s when I finally decided to call out a heating and air conditioner specialist! The repairs were valuable, despite the fact that it was simply a window AC unit. The Heating and A/C worker told me that the cost would not have been so high had I addressed the issue much more quickly than I did. I just feel that certain things should work as they are supposed to without me needing to supply them much attention. I suppose that pretty much means that I take the air conditioner for granted. Well, I suppose I cannot do that anymore. I think calling out an Heating and A/C worker isn’tall that hard to head these things off at the pass. I mean it’s not like I am the one fixing it!

I will write one more of these and then my associate and I am done for a while. I am taking a week off next week and just going to chill at the beach each day. I will have to buy a sun umbrella though because if I am out in the sun all day I will turn into a leather pickle. I just want to go each day to the beach and listen to music while great and reading a book. I need a week off after all of the months I have been laboring seven mornings a week on HVAC tech writing tasks. I know it is good to have some time off to get away from your labor so you can come back refreshed and ready for another round of it. I’ve been laboring as a cooling expert for several years and it is getting down to the wire soon where I can finally hang up the HVAC rep boots for good and care about a life of leisure. I study this book called Work Less and Play More back in 1998 and it changed the course of my life for good. I began to run my own local contractor and got it to the point where I was only laboring 15 hours a week with my buddy, the local contractor, and that number of hours a week seems to labor best for me. I was laboring around 50 or more hours a week as an engineer in a undoubtedly stressful environment, but I grew sleepy of the politics and quit the circus 25 years ago.

I did a little bit last month but I was so weary from lack of sleep that it was a paltry workout at best.

Today I have a bit more energy as I suppose I slept about seven or so hours last night. I was in bed quite early for a Tuesday night, but I was so weary that I had no energy to stay up later than that. I rarely go out at night to bars or clubs because I am so burned out of that circus life, and air conditioning in my family room plus a wonderful book is all I need at this point to keep me enthusiastic on a Tuesday night, plus my lady feels the same as she reads a book in her climate controlled family room near me. My pal and I sleep in peculiar family rooms because I have a unusual sleep schedule plus don’t want to keep her awake with my nightly antics of tossing plus turning plus eating food in the middle of the night. I used to hit all of the local companys plus pubs when I was in my 20s plus 30s, however when I hit 40 I just wanted some wonderful heating on a winter time night plus a wonderful book to read. I feel if I stayed in the clubs till now I wouldn’t be so healthy anyways. I still do gigs in climate controlled bars plus clubs but I pretty much do them plus then race apartment so I can be with my book, haha. What a celebration critter I’ve become!
