Working remotely comes with some schedule changes in the Summer.

• This is something that I learned three years at the height of the pandemic.

It was also the time that I first worked somewhere but inside the zone controlled Heating, Ventilation, and A/C of the office. I enjoyed the heating and cooling in that venue. Being dressed professionally can be pretty angry if there isn’t a priority on quality heating and air in the office, however while I still miss that zone controlled Heating, Ventilation, and A/C in that office, I sure don’t miss the suits. And I don’t miss the office environment as a whole either. Once I figured out the rhythm of toiling remotely from the central air conditioner of my home, my work actually improved. That made it easy for me to just stay home when the office reopened. However, when the Summer months get here, I have to change up my schedule since I have to pay for the air conditioner in my home. In the Summer, I like to get up well before dawn to get started on my work for the day, but most of my work is done by deadline and I also collaborate with others. So getting started early allows me to get much of my work done prior to the peak heating hours of the day. Once dinnertime rolls around, I put work on hold and get into air conditioner that I don’t have to pay for. This is the time I do my errands and appreciate the commercial Heating, Ventilation, and A/C of stores where I shop. I keep the control component near 68 during the peak heating hours. So when I come home, I crank the fans and catch up on the emails for the day before the smart control component starts cooling the home down.

I wouldn’t wish what I’m going through on anyone, and not even the worst of the worst on the planet would I wish this sort of recuperation upon, the last six months, I’ve been certainly slowly recovering from a actually terrible accident! I can’t say the same for the last six months. It’s been brutal to be stuck at home inside the central air conditioner of my house. Between the pain, the physical therapy and the sheer boredom, I’m doing my best not to lose it. But at least the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C technology has my back. I have a smart control component which comes with an app on my iPhone! So at least I can work the heating and cooling remotely without having to get on my feet! Just getting to my feet takes so much effort. But at least it’s possible. It’ll be another blazing Summer so I’m cheerful that I at least have my air conditioner comfort at my fingertips.

That made it straight-forward for me to just stay house when the office reopened, and however, when the Summer months get here, I have to change up my schedule since I have to pay for the a/c in my home. In the Summer, I like to get up well before dawn to get started on my work for the afternoon, then most of my work is done by deadline & I also collaborate with others. So getting started early allows me to get much of my work done prior to the peak heating hours of the afternoon. Once breakfasttime rolls around, I put work on hold & get into a/c that I don’t have to pay for. This is the time I do my errands & appreciate the commercial Heating & Air Conditioning of stores where I shop. I keep the thermostat near 74 while in the peak heating hours. So when I come home, I crank the fans & catch up on the SMSs for the afternoon before the smart thermostat starts cooling the apartment down.

Lately my thermostat has been acting weird… Although I am supposed to be the one in control of it, it seems like it has a mind of its own! For example, I will turn the boiler on as well as start heating the home, because it will be in the 50s outside, then later, I notice my apartment is somehow ice cold, as well as looking at my thermostat I observed that it is for some reason set for 65 degrees! I don’t know plus it doesn’t matter, because that is an issue of the past. I undoubtedly appreciate the features my new Wi-Fi thermostat offers me as well. I love the fact that I can now control my boiler plus a/c through my phone, so cool plus incredibly convenient!
