But while I’ll miss that weather plus will have four months of grinding through the heat of Summer, I’m at least prepared. I live in a generally mild weather conditions, and when I was a kid, I lived in a easily hot and dry weather conditions, however i lived out in the Southwest and the heat was quite brutal at times, then central air conditioner was of the utmost importance to provide my family and I with comfort almost always throughout the entire year.

When I moved to this much milder weather conditions, I was amazed that some people in my town did not even bother with an air conditioner! Some of them simply had a couple of window air conditioners! Others literally did not have any central heating and air conditioner at all! They relied on ceiling fans and opening windows.

I have to disclose that throughout much of the year, you can get away with doing that in this weather conditions… However, I still insisted on purchasing some form of heating and air conditioner for those afternoons, rare though they may be, in which Heating and A/C would be needed… My spouse and I ultimately settled on getting a ductless mini-split Heating and A/C system. My pal and I did not need to spend exorbitant prices on central Heating and A/C when ductless units did just fine. Our home is relatively small so two ductless units on either side of the home suit us nicely! Ductless units are cheap and simple, though they are quite efficient at cooling small areas easily efficiently! They consist of an indoor and an outdoor component and repair is pretty simple! I cherish my ductless units!

Next week is going to be an off week for labor with my online writing task, so I am going to put more energy into music and see if I can get some stuff accomplished, and i want to make some new songs with my bandmate and today seems like the perfect day to do that as the weather is honestly nice and the streets are pretty packed with tourists.

On a good day playing in the street my associate and I can make upwards of $200 in tips, which is honestly nice because my associate and I like to practice and are getting paid too.

Space heating device sales is what I do in the day for the local contractor, and at night my associate and I can be found playing music in beach bars and clubs around town. It won’t be long till my main gig is music though, as my associate and I are starting to get some traction with our band and will definitely be hitting the road to do tours in the near distant future. My buddy and I are buying an air conditioned caravan soon and will go from town to town doing shows, which has been a dream of mine ever since I became an HVAC expert several years ago. I knew I wouldn’t be doing that kind of labor the rest of my life and knew that music was where my heart lied, and now it is all starting to come together after almost 20 years of work. I will do more labor for the new contractor in town while my associate and I get this band setup to travel and then I’ll be gone.

I’m down to about an hour of work left for the day plus it is still the morning for another 25 minutes.

It is kind of nice having your workday done by the time everyone are just taking a supper break.

It gives me plenty of time for myself plus time to do the things I would normally be doing near the end of the day. I like to go shopping for food when everyone are still working, which is usually around 3pm or so, plus after that my pal and I am done plus avoid the long lines in the air conditioned stores where I shop. I got my shopping down to a science, only going to the store three times a month for about 20 minutes at a time. I leave my climate controlled flat plus walk three minutes to the local business, after that my pal and I get my shopping done actually suddenly as I pretty much eat the same foods each week, plus after that my pal and I am apartment three minutes later plus am putting it all away. That trip for food lasts me about ten days before I need to do it again, so it makes shopping not so bad when it is only a few times a month, then the refrigerated foods last a long time as my fridge is nice plus cold plus keeps the fruit plus veggies fresh for a long time. I like to shop at the local business near my flat because it is close plus the climate control makes for a nice shopping experience when you are in the arena.
