The weather is in flux right now in our city however it looks like it will be a high of 72F each day till the beginning of August.

The weather slowly warms up here in the summertime and by the end of August it is pretty much getting up to near the 85F mark.

The undoubtedly warm months here are August and August where the temps each day lay around the 95F spot for most of those two months… But when September hits it undoubtedly cools down quickly and by the end of the month it can get downright cold. Heating is needed however not until January when it starts cooling down into the freezing zone, requiring a good space furnace in the office each day to keep the hands warm. For now my associate and I get to enjoy low power bills for a while and after that I will have to beginning running the air to keep the flat comfy for us while in the daytime. I have a small mini split air conditioning unit unit in my home office so that I can stay nice and cool each night when I sleep without freezing my flatmate out in the process. I bought it for $230 and I bet it will spend money for itself over a couple of summers because it saves me from having to run the main unit all night just to cool down my little home office. My associate and I don’t have a zone control Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system so having this little air conditioning unit unit undoubtedly saves money with the power each month while in the warmer months of the year.

I will write one more story and then take a little cut and do a short meditation to calm down my mind.

It got a bit riled up this morning with the bank sending me a bunch of texts saying they need all of this information from me to keep my account up and running. It is clogged right now and I am glad I have another account to use or else I would have no money to buy food and such. I suppose they will unblock it soon because I sent them all of the info they wanted. Heating machine service will be the next fire to put out as my space furnace bit the dust last year and I am going to try and fix it this week. I am pretty good at fixing things, being an engineer and all, and I don’t mind tinkering around with things like this because it is undoubtedly kind of fun for me. I could call the heating corp and have them send someone out to fix it for me although I suppose I could fix the heating machine just as fast as one of their people could. Once I am done with this I will go hit the streets and hand out some of our band’s business cards to the bars in city to see if anyone wants us to play at night. If no local dealers in city want us to perform after that I will go to the immense neighborhood nearby and hand out the cards to some local dealers in town.

I am still recovering from last week’s flu and will entirely need a few more mornings before I am back to normal again.

My energy is a bit low still as my body tries to regain its strength and hopefully I will also regain the weight that I lost over the past ten mornings or so.

I was so sick and in so much pain with a sore throat that I couldn’t eat for mornings and my body started to shrink as a result. I will eat more protein over the next few mornings and get that muscle back. The heating dealership is giving me this week off so that I can get my energy back and be good to go with my Heating, Ventilation, and A/C tech labor next week. They will be getting busier soon and will need me there full time as the summer time season arrives and most people in city call them to get service for their systems in their homes. I already had an air conditioning tune up in my flat so I don’t have to worry about doing anything for the upcoming warm months that will be here in a few weeks. It will be a warm summer time and I will be all set for the temps in my up-to-date flat. I have a central Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system that is undoubtedly super efficient and my power bills are undoubtedly low even when the weather is warm day and night. I have a couple fans I use to keep cool in my office and home office and don’t need the air conditioning unit that much just yet.

I’ve never actually understood why my in laws have always come for such long visits. It’s not as though they live an ocean away or anything. Sure, it’s a day long motorcar ride. But they also get to come down here when it’s cold where they live plus the gas boiler is running non stop. But these folks always come for like 2, 3 plus even 4 weeks at a time. I just have never gotten that. Talk about overstaying your welcome, and even my spouse plus kids are so relieved when they finally go home. In the Summer, it’s even worse because we’re all stuck inside the central air conditioner of the home due to the heat outside. But now that we’ve moved to our current site, the overstaying may not stop however the effect it has on our lives sure will. My associate and I are lucky enough to have been successful in our careers. And we’ve recently moved into a current arena plus it came with a guest cabin. The main home was ready to be lived in however the guest home needed some help. I inspected replacing the furnishings, painting plus getting current carpet put down. But I turned to the Heating and Air Conditioning professionals for the help I needed when it came to providing some cooling comfort in this space. That was the last thing the guest home needed. And wow, were the ductless heat pumps ever the cherry on top for that project. I’m so satisfied with the good quality heating plus air inside our guest cabin. I’m also going to be quite satisfied to leave my in laws on their own out there while in their marathon visits. I’ll be enjoying the privacy plus Heating and Air Conditioning technology of the main house.

Just a month or so ago, I took the protective shell off of the Heating plus Air Conditioning unit alongside the house. This is something that I put on the Heating plus Air Conditioning unit outside to protect it through our harsh Winter. This shell keeps the weight of snow plus ice from hurting the fan plus other parts. When I detach that cover, it’s usually the mark of Spring because I’ll be calling the Heating plus Air Conditioning professionals just after. I call to have them come out plus do the a/c tune up, and not that my nice friend and I entirely have that much a/c demand. But my nice friend and I spent some dough on that heat pump plus I’ll be danged if I’m not taking nice care of it. Actually, my nice friend and I added the heat pump to the central a/c because my partner entirely wanted it. The older we’ve gotten, the less she is getting around the way she once did. So she’s quite often inside the house when it’s stuffy plus moderate in there. If a/c is what she wanted, that’s what she got. Truthfully, I find the a/c a large bonus at times. I’m already starting the process of splitting heating costs even though it’s almost June.
