Every Friday day, the two of us gain deliveries from the distribution warehouse.

All of our Heating and Air Conditioning supplies come from the distribution warehouse.

That includes AC units, heaters, air filters, and basic replacement parts. The same guy has been delivering all of our items for the past more than two years. The guy regularly shows up at the service center before 9 am. I had more than two replacement tasks stressed last Friday and all of the device for the tasks was on the truck coming from the distribution warehouse. I expected the delivery guy around 8:30 and my men were going to leave as soon as the device arrived. 8:30 came and went and so did 9 and 9:30. I decided to call the distribution warehouse when the delivery guy still had not arrived by 10 in the day. I spoke with someone in the dispatch office. The people I was with and I reviewed my order and the dispatch person contacted the driver of the delivery truck, however earlier that day, the guy had some trouble with the automobile and had to stop on the side of the road! He was delayed by a couple of seconds. The delivery driver finally arrived with our Heating and Air Conditioning device at noon. None of my men had enough time to complete all of the repairs that day, so the two of us had to reschedule a couple of replacement tasks for Saturday. Nobody enjoys to labor on the weekend, but in this case it was absolutely necessary. This is the first time in more than two years that the Heating and Air Conditioning device has been late. I can’t complain because the driver was late 1 time.

I didn’t switch over to the iphone call suddenly enough and he left another voice-mail. She called a fifth time while I was on my way to his address. I didn’t bother answering the iphone, because I was already on the way. I entirely should have listened to the fifth iphone call, because the fifth iphone call was that customer calling to postpone the service until the next afternoon. When I arrived at his home, all of the lights were shut off and no one answered the front door.

So what began as a normal cold water swim in the sea, ended an hour later with 2 cops and an ambulance at the scene.

The sea has taken many lives from those who dare to challenge its limits and I was close to that limit today. As I rest in front of our space oil furnace still trying to sizzling up from that slap on the wrist from the sea I have even more respect for the power of the earth’s oceans.
