I am certainly grateful to our fantastic buddy for introducing me to electric fireplaces.

I had no system that these things even existed. I had heard of gas fireplaces as an alternative to having a real authentic fireplace, but never an electric fireplace… Electric fireplaces certainly cost a little more than a gas fireplace, but let me tell you that they are well worth the price! Even though you will pay a little over a single thoUSAnd dollars in some cases, electric fireplaces supply you the essence of having a real authentic fireplace. The warmth of the electric fireplace could make it so that periodically you do not even need to use your central heating plus air conditioner’s heating on those frosty Winter days in your entryway. Also, with an electric fireplace you can decorate it at the holidays while with a gas fireplace that is not a wise system due to a possible fire hazard. I wish I knew about electric fireplaces years ago. I would have purchased a single instead of the gas fireplace that I kept for years until our buddy introduced me to the electric fireplace concept. I went right out plus purchased an electric fireplace plus got rid of our gas fireplace once I found out about plus experienced the electric fireplace for the first time at our friend’s house. He had got a single plus wanted to show me how great they were. I was sold instantly! I can not guess how awesome electric fireplaces certainly are! I recommend them to pretty much everyone who wants a fireplace in their home.

I have a smart temperature control plus I easily love the way it works plus how it has made running our central heating plus a/c plan much easier. Though I have to say it can occasionally get discouraging when the smart temperature control does not labor right. It occasionally has complications communicating with the app on our cell iPhone that controls the smart temperature control from virtually somewhere on the planet. I use the app on our cell iPhone to turn on our central heating plus a/c plan while on the way current home from anywhere. When I am not at current home I shut off the heating plus cooling plan because it saves on energy use. But when the smart temperature control does not want to communicate with the app on the cell iPhone it almost makes myself and others regret having the smart temperature control plus makes myself and others think about wanting to just go back to the outdated common temperature controls. Having a dial temperature control or a digital respected temperature control did not suggest these complications. Because it was cut plus dry… You turned it on, set the temperature plus that was it. And when you did not need heating or a/c you simply just turned off the central heating plus air conditioner. If I have to do the same exact thing with having a smart temperature control because it won’t do its task with the app on our cell iPhone, then what on earth is the point of even having it? A lot of times working as a certified heating plus a/c specialist can be pretty rough, but to provide you a superb example, the other week I had to go out plus do an Heating plus A/C service task in the rain! I sort of find this amusing.

There are 2 heating, ventilation and A/C companies here in town that are always competing against each other; One day 1 of the heating, ventilation and A/C companies will be having a sale or some kind of contest to give people money off Heating and A/C services.

Then the next day the other heat and a/c company will do something similar trying to top the other. It is genuinely funny. What is even more funny is that I do not use either heating, ventilation and A/C dealer. I deal with an independent heating and cooling company that takes care of all my Heating and A/C needs. I always found it better and more personable to deal with an independent heat and a/c company. Not only that, but their prices are a bit better than the regular heating and cooling companies. I can get heating, ventilation and A/C repair for about 20 percent cheaper from the independent heat and a/c company I deal with. The heating and cooling companies do not even guess about these independents or they would be competing against them too I believe! I appreciate things low key as it is. And dealing 1 on 1 with a single heat and a/c worker to have my central heating, ventilation and A/C plan ran tests on is a much better option in my opinion. But still, I find it amusing to look at the newspaper every single week to see what the 2 competing heat and a/c companies are doing this time. It never surprises myself and others what they end up doing half the time.

I recently moved into a rental home.

But anyway, I was genuinely shocked to discover something. It was a warm day and I had to turn on the central heating, ventilation and A/C plan cranked on the air conditioning setting. Well, I noticed that the air flow was not so wonderful in the living room section of the home. It looked as if the air vent was closed. So I got up on a chair to open the air vent, and when I did a small bin of pot came dropping out! Whoever used to live here were stashing their sod in the air vents! I could not guess it! They forgot to take their pot with them when they left. Marijuana is not legal yet in this state, so this could cause myself and others a lot of trouble! I did not even bother to call the property owner and tell them what I found in the air vents of the central heating, ventilation and A/C plan unit. I just wanted to get rid of this stuff instantly and hope that there wasn’t any more surprises stashed around the house. I went around checking every single air vent to make sure! Lucky for myself and others it was all clean. So I took the small bin of pot that I found in the air vents and flushed it down the toilet. I don’t smoke that stuff, so it was useless to me. And even if I did, lord knows how long it had been in the air vents of the Heating and A/C system. I wouldn’t want it anyhow!
