Every single time landscapers come to chop my trees and cut my weeds I have major issues with my allergies acting up.

There are so many allergens in the air it is ridiculous.

And when they start chopping and cutting stuff it gets even worse. I really needed a solution to this and luckily found it. That was going out and buying a portable air purification system. With buying a portable air purification system, I was able to fight off all the allergens in the air every single time the landscaping people came to cut and chop trees and weeds. This portable air purification system is nothing short of the greatest solution to my issue. I could have went for a whole home air purification system, but a whole home air purification system would be way too expensive. That plus the fact of making a major investment like that just to be used on the days that I have landscapers here would be unheard of and not really worth it at all. So I was very glad that I discovered that portable air purification systems existed. I had no idea about portable air purification systems until my doctor told me about them when I was complaining about my allergy issue. So I really owe it all to my doc for getting me the information on portable air purification systems! They really made a serious difference in my life. I highly suggest one of these things if you too suffer from outdoor allergens that come into your home. It really works well.

I recently moved into a rental home.

• I am just not ready to buy a house yet so I rent.

But anyway, I was really shocked to discover something. It was a hot day and I had to turn on the central heating and air conditioning system cranked on the air conditioning setting. Well, I noticed that the air flow was not so great in the living room area of the home. It looked as if the air vent was closed. So I got up on a chair to open the air vent, and when I did a small bag of pot came dropping out! Whoever used to live here were stashing their grass in the air vents! I could not believe it! They forgot to take their pot with them when they left. Marijuana is not legal yet in this state, so this could cause me a lot of trouble! I did not even bother to call the landlord and tell them what I found in the air vents of the central heating and air conditioning system unit. I just wanted to get rid of this stuff right away and hope that there wasn’t any more surprises stashed around the house. I went around checking every single air vent to make sure. Lucky for me it was all clean. So I took the small bag of pot that I found in the air vents and flushed it down the toilet. I don’t smoke that stuff, so it was useless to me. And even if I did, lord knows how long it had been in the air vents of the HVAC system. I wouldn’t want it anyhow!

I go to my local gym every single day after work to keep myself in shape and very fit.

I am a health nut you can say.

But the one thing that is very important in me doing my daily workout is that the gym has proper central heating and air conditioning. If it is hot out and in the middle of the summer I want to make sure that the air conditioning is pumping so good that I do not even know that it may be over one hundred and something degrees outside and that I can work up a sweat in the gym without risking health issues. The same in the winter time when it is super cold and snowing outside. I want to be nice and warm to where I do not know it may be below zero outside. In other words, the gym must be the same temperature all year round to create the perfect indoor comfort to do my daily workouts! This gym I go to sometimes doesn’t have the beat indoor comfort. So when it is extreme weather outside, I use my home gym that I built in my basement. It doesn’t have all the top notch gym equipment that they have over in the professional place, but it gets me by for a daily workout. I will be in perfect indoor comfort in my own home because I have the best central heating and air conditioning system on the market today. Also, if it doesn’t heat or cool the basement area where I have all this set up, I will use a portable space heater or portable air conditioner.

Our home has been seriously having issues with temperature control.

In one area it will be too hot or too cold and in another area it will be the most perfect temperature.

Something needed to be done about this because it just wasn’t proper indoor comfort. So after doing a lot of thinking and a lot of researching looking for answers, we came up with the solution of getting a zoned heating and air conditioning system! If you are not familiar with this, it is also known as HVAC zone control. And what HVAC zone control does is make it so that your home can have the central heating and air conditioning system be running at one temperature in a certain area and another elsewhere. It is sort of like having a few different central heat and a/c units in one home, but it is all in one. The only thing with heating and air conditioning zone control is that it is very pricey to purchase. However, because this issue is not going to be fixed any other way we had to take out a bank loan and do it. I will tell you that it was the most viable solution and now our home has perfect temperature control and indoor comfort. But the downside of all this is that I am going to be paying off the loan for several years to come. Me and my family are not wealthy. We are just average working class people that normally would not be able to afford such luxury as a zoned heating and air conditioning system unit.

I live in an apartment complex that has very lazy management.

When you need something fixed it takes them forever and you have to keep calling them to get anything done! The central heating and air conditioning system that heats and cools my apartment has been making a lot of noise lately. This noise is very annoying plus it also indicates that the central heating and air conditioning system is having some kind of issues that could lead to a real heat and a/c breakdown. And who knows if that happened if they would ever fix the thing or if I would die of a heat stroke or freeze to death as a result! I want to get this heating and air conditioning system looked at and checked on before something like that happens. I keep calling them to get someone up here to look at it. It has been over a week now. If they do not send someone soon I am going to call a lawyer or something to scare them. That is the only thing I can think of to get them on the ball to repair this central heating and air conditioning system before it gets pretty serious. I have another 7 months left on this lease. When it is up I think I am going to move elsewhere. Maybe I will rent a home. At least there you are dealing with one single landlord most of the time and they will fix your central heating and air conditioning system if needed because it is technically their central heating and air conditioning system.

A lot of times working as a certified heating and air conditioning specialist can be pretty rough.

• To give you a good example, the other week I had to go out and do an HVAC repair job in the rain! It was very hot outside regardless and someone needed their central heating and air conditioning system repaired.

I went out and arrived at the client’s home and went right to work. I wore a raincoat and tried to keep myself as dry as possible but it was very difficult to do so. Trying to take apart the central heating and cooling unit with the rain pouring down was a real rough task. It also made the HVAC repair itself take twice as long as it would have normally had it not been raining outside. Finally when I was done with the heat and a/c repair job I was just so glad to be able to get out of there and back to my HVAC truck. It’s no wonder I do not get sick doing work like this! But it all comes with the territory of working in the heating and air conditioning business. I just wish that I would not get calls to repair central heating and air conditioning systems while it’s raining out. Do not even get me started on snow in the winter time months. That is another hassle when I have to repair someone’s central heating in the middle of the snowy winter time. All I can do is hope for the best each day in this business of heating and air conditioning.
