And man oh man let me tell you that these things have worked wonders for the allergy problems.

We have had a lot of street cleaning trucks coming by the neighborhood lately. They have been deep cleaning the streets for some reason. As a result of this though there has been a lot of allergens floating around in the air which is bad. I have been sneezing non stop and it is driving me nuts. I have had a hard time sleeping because of it. I hope all these street cleaners will stop soon. But I needed to do something about the allergies cause it was making life hard to live. So I went out and bought a portable air purification system. I figured getting a portable air purification system was a good way to possibly combat all this allergy junk that I have been dealing with as a result of the street cleaners. Well just to be on the safe side I went out and bought 2 portable air purification systems. One for my bedroom and one for the living room. And man oh man let me tell you that these things have worked wonders for the allergy problems. I was not sure if it was going to be successful or not, but lucky for me it was. These portable air purification systems are pure gold if you ask me. Without these portable air purification systems I do not know how I would have went on with all this street cleaning stuff going on and blowing all the junk through the air making me sneeze almost twenty four hours a day and seven days a week. I am glad I got the solution.

Whole home heating

I sort of find this amusing.

There are 2 heating and air conditioning companies here in town that are always competing against each other.

One day one of the heating and air conditioning companies will be having a sale or some kind of contest to give people money off HVAC services. Then the next day the other heat and a/c company will do something similar trying to top the other. It is really funny. What is even more funny is that I do not use either heating and air conditioning company. I deal with an independent heating and cooling contractor that takes care of all my HVAC needs. I always found it better and more personable to deal with an independent heat and a/c contractor. Not only that, but their prices are a bit better than the usual heating and cooling companies. I can get heating and air conditioning repair for about 20 percent cheaper from the independent heat and a/c contractor I deal with. The heating and cooling companies do not even know about these independents or they would be competing against them too I believe! I like things low key as it is. And dealing one on one with a single heat and a/c worker to have my central heating and air conditioning system maintained is a much better choice in my opinion. But still, I find it amusing to look at the newspaper every single week to see what the 2 competing heat and a/c companies are doing this time. It never surprises me what they end up doing half the time.

I had heard of gas fireplaces as an alternative to having a real authentic fireplace, but never an electric fireplace. Electric fireplaces actually cost a little more than a gas fireplace, but let me tell you that they are well worth the price! Even though you will pay a little over one thousand dollars in some cases, electric fireplaces give you the essence of having a real authentic fireplace. The warmth of the electric fireplace could make it so that sometimes you do not even need to use your central heating and air conditioning system’s heating on those cold winter days in your living room. Also, with an electric fireplace you can decorate it at the holidays while with a gas fireplace that is not a wise idea due to a possible fire hazard. I wish I knew about electric fireplaces years ago. I would have bought one instead of the gas fireplace that I kept for years until my friend introduced me to the electric fireplace concept. I went right out and bought an electric fireplace and got rid of my gas fireplace once I found out about and experienced the electric fireplace for the first time at my friend’s house. He had got one and wanted to show me how great they were. I was sold instantly! I can not believe how awesome electric fireplaces actually are! I recommend them to everyone who wants a fireplace in their home.

When you are getting a brand new and up to date central heating and air conditioning system, most of the time you are stuck having to wake up at the crack of dawn for the local heat and a/c company to come and do the brand new HVAC installation.

• Well, there is a way you may not have to deal with that inconvenience any longer! And that is to find an independent heating and air conditioning specialist to do your brand new heat and a/c installation.

Independent heating and air conditioning specialists work for themselves and are more flexible with the needs of the customer than a regular heating and cooling company. This is what I have experienced anyhow. Maybe it’s just the area I live in, but for me, getting an independent heating and air conditioning contractor to do an installation of a brand new central heating and air conditioning system is the best way to go if you are not a morning person. An independent heat and a/c contractor will work it out with you to do the heat and a/c installation at whatever time of the day is most convenient for you based on their schedule. If it is any time during business hours you can more or less get an afternoon HVAC appointment with an independent heat and a/c specialist to instal your brand new central heating and cooling system. Also with independent heat and a/c contractors, general HVAC appointments for HVAC repair or HVAC tune ups are also more convenient. Again, this is in my area i’m speaking of.

Air conditioning installation

I have a smart thermostat and I really love the way it works and how it has made running my central heating and air conditioning system much easier.

Though I have to say it can sometimes get annoying when the smart thermostat does not work right.

It sometimes has issues communicating with the app on my cell phone that controls the smart thermostat from virtually anywhere on the planet. I use the app on my cell phone to turn on my central heating and air conditioning system while on the way home from somewhere. When I am not at home I shut off the heating and cooling system because it saves on energy use. But when the smart thermostat does not want to communicate with the app on the cell phone it almost makes me regret having the smart thermostat and makes me think about wanting to just go back to the old standard thermostats. Having a dial thermostat or a digital regular thermostat did not propose these problems. Because it was cut and dry. You turned it on, set the temperature and that was it. And when you did not need heating or air conditioning you simply just turned off the central heating and air conditioning system. If I have to do the same exact thing with having a smart thermostat because it won’t do its job with the app on my cell phone, then what on earth is the point of even having it? I will wait and see if I can get the heating and cooling company to look into these issues before getting rid of my smart thermostat.

In the summer time when there are cloudy days I love it. The main reason I love it so much is because the clouds cool things off a bit and I do not have to use my central air conditioning system. Having the central heating and air conditioning system running all the time really raises electric bills. And when there are no clouds that central air conditioning of mine is running non stop and I do not like that. My electric bills skyrocket like crazy. I have tried to look into different ways to save on energy use and the only possible option was to go out and buy a portable air conditioning system and use that in conjunction with the central heating and air conditioning system. However, it gets so hot here that just one portable air conditioning system will not work very well. I would have to buy a few or more of the portable air conditioning systems to even get the proper central cooling that the HVAC unit gives off. So I am kind of stuck between a rock and a hard place. But when the clouds come rolling in, this makes it so that I do not even have to use the central air conditioning because things get a little cool outside. And just running a simple fan when the clouds are out on a hot summer day works just fine. It is strange how it works out, but this is the total one hundred percent truth of the matter. The clouds are really a great way to save on air conditioning use.
