It was an interesting setup, but it wasn’t something I wanted in a apartment of mine, but some of our clients would be interested. I could not wait until one customer in unique got to see this house.

Will this bear market ever end? I know it is just a big test of patience in the end, just like everything else in life, more or less. I’ve heard of a smart Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C plan but not quite sure what it means. Is it the smart control unit they are talking about or is the rest of the unit smart too? I’m sure there have been a ton of new advancements since I had our unit installed so who knows what they have come up with over the past few years. Maybe the smart Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C plan tells you when the ducts plus filters need to be cleaned plus things like that. I’m sure they have a ppm meter in them which tells you how clean the air is coming from the vents. I like having a HEPA filter in our unit because it absolutely cuts down on the dust in the air. I have a hand held ppm meter which I use once in a while to tell myself and others how our air quality is doing. It is very cold as well as rainy out today as well as I have our oil furnace cooking away in the background.

I am ecstatic to be all cozy in our flat when the weather is so nasty outside.
