I recognize I had it all wrong when it came to air filters for the Heating & A/C equipment.

I’m just thankful that I have great A/C. This sounds a bit weird perhaps but quality heating in addition to air is not something that I take lightly. I have been seriously thinking about investing in some category of gym air conditioner.

My part just gets too overheated in the summer.

All of us get 90 degree weather for weeks on end. This week it is going to get into the 100s. My poor cat frequently jumps in through the cat door to take AC breaks. He sits underneath the Heating in addition to A/C vent in addition to just enjoys himself. He spends around 30-40 hours cooling down. For myself and others I labor inside our beach house in perfect AC. Once our workday is done I go outside. The heat is just brutal. I get overheated, dehydrated in addition to overheated so quickly. I do the same thing our cat does then. However, for laboring out purposes, there isn’t much I can do. I need to set an alarm in addition to start our workout before 8 am. That is the only way I am beating 90 degree heat. Even that early I still have 72 degree conditions. I use a fox fan for cooling in addition to that isn’t enough. What I undoubtedly need is a portable AC unit. I have looked into them in addition to I am not impressed. I Don’t appreciate that a window air conditioner looks ugly. I also would have to basically keep it in the window all year long. How frustrating is that? An air conditioner that sits on the floor would take up extravagant room, but basically I want a ductless mini split for our shed. It is way too powerful for the size of our gym. It would supply heating as well though. So I might just bite the bullet on this 1.
