I made a list of things that needed to be repaired around the house. I have been checking them off 1 by 1. I had a dining room faucet that consistently was dripping in addition to a toilet leaking. My mother is getting ready to sell her apartment plus it has been a nightmare for me.

So that means every project she wants done has to be hired or one of her youngsters does it. My mother isn’t made of money, so I Don’t want her to waste it hiring people out. She wants to get quite a bit for the house. So it makes sense to fix it up somewhat. I have painted every wall plus ceiling in her apartment now. I have also gotten the carpets stretched, washed plus stinking good. I changed all the outlets so that they are qhite plus even purchased her current switch plates. I fixed a leaky toilet plus a faucet that was busted in the bathroom. The dining room sink got replaced plus I even found her a cheap dishwasher online. The last thing I believe that has to be fixed is the Heating, Ventilation and A/C situation in the house. Her system is seasoned plus going to die at any minute. Anyone who tours the apartment is going to notice the horrible heating plus cooling situation. She either needs to wait until the fall to try plus sell or get a current unit. The Heating, Ventilation and A/C when on makes a horrible grinding noise. I have tried fixing it myself plus can’t stop it. I even called our buddy who is an Heating, Ventilation and A/C corporation. He told myself and others the Heating, Ventilation and A/C unit was just too old. It wasn’t going to last a year. I am going for our teaching certification the same time our little brother is working towards being a Heating, Ventilation and A/C worker.
It is funny that every one of us enter the same period just with slightly odd gratified. I was doing student teaching for almost a year. I had to handle all the lesson plans, teaching plus day to day with the youngsters. My brother shadowed a Heating, Ventilation and A/C worker for a year. He started as an assistant love I did, plus gradually he was handling all the calls on his own. It was his training process! Now that both our brother plus I have real world experience, it is time for testing. I need to take professor certification tests to prove that I think our stuff. My brother needs to take the NATE certification test to prove he knows heating plus cooling. He also can get speciality licensing with handling obilers, heat pumps, etc. I am taking tests to show I can teach in middle school plus special education, quite interesting right? Once every one of us both pass plus prove every one of us have experience, after that I can get hired. My brother is hoping to go to a higher end Heating, Ventilation and A/C corporation plus I want to labor in a nice school. We will both ideally labor about the same minutes plus start off with a similar spend our savings as well. I can’t imagine dealing with Heating, Ventilation and A/C repairs plus repair all day. My brother thinks I am nuts for dedicating so much time to children plus teaching.
