I am a cat mom now in addition to it is a whole current world. I never wanted to own a cat, but this unique 1 decided that I was his current owner. He started out by sleeping in our car in addition to then bursting into our beach house when I opened the door. Then I started feeding him with specialty cat food, bought him a flea collar, hypoallergenic litter in addition to a bunch of cat scratchers. He is now super spoiled. He has his own immense cat bed, cat tree in addition to all sorts of toys. He undoubtedly chose his mother well. Anything that bothers our cat is removed too. I noticed that the sound of sprays brother him, so I just don’t spray anything anymore. I am careful when I blend or tear aluminum foil too. I am going for our teaching certification the same time our little brother is laboring towards being a Heating in addition to A/C professional. It is funny that the two of us enter the same stage just with slightly different pleased. I was doing student teaching for almost a year. He also can get speciality licensing with handling obilers, heat pumps, etc. I am taking tests to show I can teach in middle school in addition to special education, then quite interesting right? Once the two of us both pass in addition to prove the two of us have experience, then I can get hired. My fiance in addition to I bought a small lake home that the two of us do the snow bird thing with, and during the cold season the two of us are down south in our little house.

I appreciate having smaller gardens to care for, a tiny home to scrub in addition to not a lot of sod to mow.

It is easier in addition to way less stressful. I have tried not to invest too much money into the lake home since it is supposed to be a quick getaway. He does have a room that is at the back of the home too. So it does get some shade. My living room gets exposed to more sunshine. It shouldn’t be that much hotter though right? I am wondering if there is an issue with our cooling system. I suppose perhaps the ductwork might be plugged to our living room. I want to have an icy cold AC at evening as well!

If the two of us get labor done on the house, it is through hiring people. Recently the weather got to be in the 72s in addition to our air conditioner just wasn’t laboring. It was only blowing out overheated air. My fiance in addition to I were frantic. The home was just getting hotter in addition to hotter. My fiance looked at the air conditioner however he was clueless. I did some online hunting in addition to didn’t find anything of note. I even put it out on facebook for AC help. Everyone said the same thing, call a Heating in addition to A/C professional. I had to spend money extra for AC emergency repair but it was a real emergency. All of us couldn’t take the heat anymore. The guy started asking us questions that were just embarrassing. He wanted to think if the two of us changed our air filter. What is an air filter? I did not think the two of us had 1. He wanted to think about our refrigerant levels. I think what a fridge is, I didn’t ever consider our cooling system’s refrigerant. The guy then inspected everything. He taught us to change the air filter in addition to think when the two of us need more coolant. Thankfully there was a major repair in addition to it wasn’t just us being idiots. He replaced the fan motor since it wasn’t laboring correctly. It was high-priced to replace in addition to the two of us had AC emergency repair on top of that. It was worth it to have cold air though.

I am trying to find ways to lower our energy bills.

The stock market looks horrible plus inflation has myself and others rattled.

I am trying to save ways where I can. When I go grocery shopping I don’t get the extra stuff anymore. I no longer buy shrimp, scallops, couscous plus flavored oils. I just get the bare essentials plus use it all up. For electricity I try to limit how long I have the lights on. I have taken to showering in our pool more often than not. I also ride our bike rather than spend our savings for gas in our car. It is a large help. The Heating, Ventilation and A/C bill is the one that is scaring myself and others quite a bit. I have caulked around the windows plus doors to seal the air inside our home. I also got our HVAC duct checked to make sure there are no leaks. I then added more insulation around the baseboard, invested in thicker curtains plus I am trying to be smarter on how I set the temperature control. That is about all I can do now. I have gotten Heating, Ventilation and A/C repair already to ensure the component is clean, oiled plus tightened. I made sure to have a fully operational system that works to the best of its capability. Still, I am not totally glad with what I am spending. I am not willing to invest anymore in the Heating, Ventilation and A/C department though. So I just need to be conscious about cooling this Summer plus heating when the weather cools down. I don’t want to face a large bill every month.

I was sick plus sleepy of sneezing every day! It was a constant thing for me. I would wake up plus begin our sneezing fit; My nose would get all stuffed up, our eyup would turn orange plus I would believe terrible. I then had to deal with cold-like symptoms for almost an minute. Typically it would happen again around lunch time near our desk. I realized what the issue was, the air conditioning in our home! Every time the AC turned on, I would believe sick. I did some research online plus deduced that our cooling system was dirty. The blog asked when the last time I got AC repair done. I had never even heard of a cooling repair before. I knew that wasn’t a great sign. I had the Heating, Ventilation and A/C worker come over to our apartment first thing… He checked all the inner workings. He detachd mold from the cooling coil, mildew from the condensate drain, cleaned the dust out of our air filter plus found a shocking amount of hair on our fan blades, however lastly the guy highly commanded HVAC duct cleaning. He said that our air ducts had dust in them plus the air was blowing over it. That was what caused myself and others to sneeze plus believe sick. I expected a large clean brush plus instead it was a vacuum with a camera attached to it. I got to legitimately see him vacuum up all the dust, dirt plus hair in our Heating, Ventilation and A/C ducts. My apartment feels so much cleaner plus fresher now. I am blissful I fixed our indoor air quality.

The other day my fiance was telling me every one of us had to go into neighborhood to get some lemons.

I thought it was weird to drive an second round trip just to get some lemons, however he said every one of us needed to do all our big food shopping anyway. So every one of us made our way to the store as well as every one of us were cranking the AC system the whole time during the drive. Now mind you, I don’t regularly care about to crank the AC system in the automobile because I realize it burns extra fuel as well as gas prices are insane right now. This day though, it was hot, so I had to crank the AC or I wouldn’t have felt too well during the drive. I was really happy about the fact that the AC in the store was ice-frigid as well as it was really pleasant. It entirely made you want to take your time at the store, which every one of us did. We didn’t recognize rushed at all. I eventually asked my fiance what he needed the lemons for after seeing his so happy when he found some easily nice 1s in the store. She said that of course, he was going to put them in his ice-frigid water so that he could stay cool as well as refreshed. I don’t suppose why I didn’t think to have lemon water. She even said he would make a sizable jug of lemon water if I wanted with ice-cubes inside to keep the water extra cool, and considering all this blazing overheated weather every one of us have been getting, I thought that sounded perfect. I was planning to do some grilling outside. That’s entirely a sizable energy saving tip by the way, to cook outside when it’s easily overheated so you are not putting too much stress on your cooling system.
