The heat in my area is intense and getting worse as summer goes by.

For two weeks now every single day is in the 90 degree range.

I see that next week it will go into the 100s. I am really careful about the heat and not getting too warm. I make sure my cat takes AC breaks so he doesn’t get sick. My kids come inside for lunch, cold drinks and to cool off in the summer. I slather them in sunscreen and push the pool more than the yard. I also stick near the shade and properly hydrate. I don’t want the intense heat to cause any problems with my family. I know that I spend a lot on the AC during these hot times. What if something happened to my air conditioner? The last thing I wanted was to have an unexpected cooling repair during a 100 degree day. I knew that most people would be calling for emergency AC repairs. So I put myself on the HVAC techcnian’s waiting list for AC service. I figured it wasn’t a rush but better safe than sorry. I wanted my cooling system checked before something bad happened. The HVAC worker got around to me just recently. He cleaned all the innerworkings, swapped out a small part and the AC works like a dream. I don’t have any stress about not having AC in the house anymore. I am good to go for the rest of the summer. It pays to proactively think about these things people.

I was sick and tired of sneezing every morning. It was a constant thing for me. I would wake up and begin my sneezing fit. My nose would get all stuffed up, my eyes would turn red and I would feel terrible. I then had to deal with cold-like symptoms for almost an hour. Typically it would happen again around lunch time near my desk. I realized what the issue was, the air conditioning in my home. Every time the AC turned on, I would feel sick. I knew that wasn’t a good sign. I had the HVAC technician come over to my house first thing. He checked all the inner workings. He removed mold from the cooling coil, mildew from the condensate drain, cleaned the dust out of my air filter and found a shocking amount of hair on my fan blades. Lastly the guy highly advocated ductwork cleaning. He said that my air ducts had dust in them and the air was blowing over it. That was what caused me to sneeze and feel sick. I expected a giant scrub brush and instead it was a vacuum with a camera attached to it. I got to actually see him vacuum up all the dust, dirt and hair in my HVAC ducts. My house feels so much cleaner and fresher now. I am glad I fixed my indoor air quality.

The program of having a big family seemed care about such a nice program when our wife and I were first starting out having a family.

These days, I’m not so sure that the people I was with and I chose the best path when it came to having a big family.

For starters you have to have a lake house with quality heating and air that is big enough for 5 adolescents. Then comes all the saving for all those adolescents to get to university. I made it clear to the owner that the people I was with and I enjoyed the food, the repair was excellent however until they got the a/c figured out, the people I was with and I just wouldn’t be back at all. I hate to see such a talented chef and impressive staff get undercut because of something so basic. I hate to believe that all those people could lose their jobs this Summer because of a lack of basic Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C cooling.
