This is the space of the coming beach apartment that I don’t care so much about, the heat.

It gets way too sizzling out in the day, after about 930am, so I end up a prisoner in our beach apartment until it cools down in the night.

I’m only here for another 2 weeks or so after that I will escape to the refuge of the cooler weather where I am living overseas. It will be really sizzling here for about 5 months straight plus I don’t miss the heat at all. My electric bills used to be really high because our outdated heating plus air conditioning plan would be running all day trying to keep the apartment cool. I’ve been living overseas for more than six years now plus plan on coming back to the states every 5 months to visit for a month or so. I have noticed that the newer heating plus air conditioning technology uses far less energy than many years ago. My dad’s apartment is about 5000 square feet plus our stepmom said that the power bills in the summer, with the cooling system going most of the time, was only about $150. I remember our dad having power bills of almost $1000 during the Summer with his 2 commercial A/C units running steadily to cool down the monstrous house. It is really neat that they have made the newer heating plus air conditioning component so efficient. I wonder what it will be akin to in another twenty 5 years? Maybe the people I was with and I will have solar plus wind power to run our units plus keep us hot plus cool in the winter’s plus summers, respectively.

I have noticed that the newer HVAC technology uses far less energy than several years ago. My Mom’s beach house is about 5000 square feet plus our stepmom said that the power bills in the summer, with the air conditioning going most of the time, was only about $150. I remember our Mom having power bills of almost $1000 during the summer time with his several commercial A/C units running steadily to cool down the monstrous house. It is definitely neat that they have made the newer HVAC unit so efficient. I wonder what it will be like in another twenty many years? Maybe the people I was with and I will have solar plus wind power to run our units plus keep us warm plus cool in the winter’s plus summers, respectively.

I am going to get a good job working for the local heating and air conditioning supplier, helping them with orders and really working on equipment in the field.

I care about doing this kind of work as I have been really working in the industry for many years until leaving it many years ago for a job in rock n roll.

But now I am back to do some area time work for my buddy who owns the supplier after he called myself and others asking if I could help him for a while. I believe he lost some workers recently and needs another set of hands to keep the supplier going. He pays me and others well for the heating and air conditioning maintenance calls I do and I spend money on him back with good quality work on all of the projects. I am only going to be helping him for a few weeks and after that I am off to my cabin overseas for 5 more months. I should gain enough though from the heating and air conditioning repairs I will be doing to set myself and others up for the next few months as it is much cheaper overseas to live and I also work area time over there however for a lot less pay. I also teach some volleyball, however that is only a couple hundred bucks a month, which is still cool because it basically pays for all of my food for the month. I may need to find some work online selling heating and air conditioning equipment or helping people manage their online heating and air conditioning stores. I’m not too distraught about it because money consistently seems to come when I need it.
