I thank God for them, however other aspects of my school life, growing up, were quite unfortunate. Our school was small and not well funded. The classrooms were cramped and sparsely furnished with little wooden desks and chairs from the 50s! The outdated boiler that served as the heat source for our school was temperamental, to say the least. When it did function, the warmth could be overbearing in the rooms near the boiler room. I found myself dripping with sweat, quite a lot. When it was on the fritz, but, things were far worse. Without heat in the classrooms, my teeth were chattering and I would shiver uncontrollably! I soon learned the necessity of packing extra layers, just in case the boiler wasn’t working that afternoon. I am satisfied when I drive by my outdated school this week. It is much bigger and I can see that central heating and air conditioner has been installed. Those students are fortunate!

When we moved into our home, there was wall-to-wall carpeting in every room.

The boss finally said that he would offer a bonus to the person that gave to work. As soon as I heard the word bonus, I thought about diapers & wipes & I raised my hand up high. I told my boss that I would work but only because the baby needed diapers. Everyone in the office laughed, although I was telling the truth. When I was done with the repairs that day, my boss told me to check the glove box in the service vehicle. He said he left something for me inside. Inside of the glove box was a Visa gift card for $500 & a note that said I am going to get a promotion unquestionably soon.

A few months ago, I decided to install a backup generator at the office, then one of the worst problems that can happen is the power going out, however when the power goes out, my associate and I lose all access to our data plus work has to stop.

Last year I decided to install a generator that can run all of the office systems. The generator was undoubtedly one of the best ideas that I have ever had. If I do not have to shut down for any reason, then I do not have to spend money employees to stand around plus I do not have to explain to my shoppers why their service contracts are delayed. After the tree fell on the A/C compressor, I had to contract my insurance contractor to see if they would cover the detriments

My husbandy & I had a brand modern A/C system installed in the start of may. Last year was a strenuous summer time for the component due to all of the storms. There was a ton of humidity in the air & the a/c component had to toil seriously strenuous to keep up. In May, I had a brand modern A/C component installed including an air compressor & modern evaporator coils. I never anticipated that I would have to update the system so hastily. Sadly, last yearthere was a hurricane with wind gusts up to 78 miles an hour. A tree in the backyard fell over the fence & right on top of the outdoor A/C compressor. The tree was so heavy that it smashed through the roof & the side of the condo & down on top of the A/C compressor. There was so much detriment that my pal and I had to call an emergency contractor to put a tarp on the roof & cover the areas. I was worried that water detriment would cause even more concerns. After the tree fell on the A/C compressor, I had to contract my insurance contractor to see if they would cover the detriments. I was thankful that they would cover the detriments including the modern A/C unit, roof, garage, & patio. The insurance contractor also covered the costs of brand modern shingles for the entire roof. The seasoned shingles have a peculiar color than the modern ones that my pal and I picked so they had to pay for shingles on the entire roof of the house.
