One of the first things I did after I moved into my beach house was contact an Heating, Ventilation & A/C professional.

• The current Heating, Ventilation & A/C idea was easily old, however the inspection said that both the heat plus the air were still running.

He mentioned that I needed a new ductwork cap plus there were a few holes along the ductwork that needed to be patched, however that was it. The cap would only cost a few dollars plus the patchwork was a simple repair for the Heating, Ventilation & A/C professional. Other than the fact that my Heating, Ventilation & A/C idea was old, it was still in good shape.

I had my ancient Heating, Ventilation & A/C idea upgraded after residing in the beach house for a year. While the furnace plus a/c still worked, they were both over a decade ancient plus they didn’t run efficiently. After speaking with an Heating, Ventilation & A/C professional, I realized that I was spending too much money on my weekly utility bills plus it didn’t make financial sense to keep my aged Heating, Ventilation & A/C equipment. Although it was a sizable expense, it made more sense to install a new Heating, Ventilation & A/C idea in the long run. My current Heating, Ventilation & A/C idea has been heating plus cooling my beach house for 5 years plus I have had no troubles with it. My beach house is consistently comfortable plus there’s been no emergency repairs to worry me; Lately though, I’ve noticed that the air quality inside my beach house hasn’t been as good as it usually is. When it was time for my next Heating, Ventilation & A/C tune up, I asked the Heating, Ventilation & A/C professional what could be causing the decrease in air quality. After taking a closer look at my Heating, Ventilation & A/C idea plus considering how ancient my Heating, Ventilation & A/C idea was, he commanded I have my ductwork cleaned. He could see inside a few areas of the ductwork plus it was covered in dust plus debri from constant use over the years. He also recommended that I start using a better quality air filter because it would keep the dust plus debri out of my ductwork for longer periods of time. I had never considered the ductwork before or switching air filters, despite the fact that I knew it would improve my air quality severely.

I decided to do something dramatically uncharacteristic.

When it was time to option our getaway for the year, I decided to visit a health retreat.

I usually spent our getaway afternoons at the beach or on a cruise sailing through many islands, but this year I felt inspired to do something different. I was turning 40 & I felt enjoy I needed to readjust our life physically & mentally. I’d never been to a health resort before, however I had a friend who had visited one & raved about it herself. I regularly thought health resorts were for people who could not function in civilization or were on the verge of a upset breakdown, however I suddenly l gained that they’re for most people. Everyone could benefit from a mental & physical tune up. When I checked into the resort, I was escorted to our room. When I went to adjust the temperature on the temperature control, the employee who checked myself and others in told myself and others that there was no private temperature control. In fact, the resort didn’t have an HVAC method at all. According to the resort, the lack of heat & air was a part of the health journey & I’d learn to live with the natural temperature of the weather. They even included something in our welcome pamphlet about how to naturally stay cool through opening a window or how to sizzling up by visiting their sauna; No HVAC method seemed ludicrous, however I was willing to submit myself for the benefit of our health.

My fiance & I decided to transport across the world to live in a bizarre country.

• We’d visited this country before in the past & we certainly enjoyed the culture, so when a job opportunity presented itself we jumped at the opportunity.

While searching for an apartment, we knew that we needed something with a good HVAC method & something to purify the air. Air pollution was a major problem in the city we were moving to, along with the boiling & humid un-even temperatures during the summer. When we found an apartment that we were certainly interested in, we were told that there was heat & air, but it was through a ductless mini split unit, and unlike where we lived before, ductless mini split units were the main source of heat & air for apartments in our up-to-date city, then central HVAC systems were almost non-existent & would be impossible to find according to our realtor. We were hesitant about the ductless mini split units because we didn’t suppose how well they’d heat & cool our space. We thought they’d be inconsistent & the temperature would only be changed for the air directly surrounding the ductless unit. Upon moving in though, we realized the ductless method was charming. The entire apartment was heated & cooled efficiently & evenly. They didn’t make a lot of noise & they were practically invisible after residing with them for some time. I’m cheerful we didn’t miss out on this apartment because of the ductless mini split units.

I see numerous people afraid to live plus also afraid to die.

They’re trapped in this episodic same old same old way of living where they aren’t growing or increasing because of fear.

I believe a lot of people living this way will have regrets in the end plus I choose to challenge myself plus push my boundaries so I won’t have lived a life of regrets from things undone or unsaid. I took the occasion plus got my Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C certification plus worked in the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C industry for numerous years, plus was successful in it because I took that chance. I’ve let numerous occasions pass myself and others by, never to come around again, plus I am not going to let others pass myself and others by without taking a chance. I wouldn’t have met my beautiful lady, who I passed by on the street by my flat numerous times, if I hadn’t taken the occasion plus talked to her. I work now at the local company near my condo plus am grateful for it plus that I took the occasion plus walked into the site to try plus get a job there. Life is full of occasions if you open your eyes plus if you have the courage to act on them, otherwise you will grow old plus bitter for letting fear bully you around. So that is my motivational speech for you this week plus I hope I’m not sounding too preachy. I believe I’ll clean my Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C program this week plus then take a slow leisurely ride along the coast plus believe about taking those chances.

My mother lives about 45 hours from me. She lives in the next village over plus she prefers her village because it’s a quiet small village where everybody knows each other. Me, on the other hand, I prefer to live in a greater city, where I have access to entertainment. My mom comes to visit myself and others a lot, however deep down, she prefers it when I drive over to see her. A few weeks ago, I took Friday off so that I could spend a long weekend with my mom. I told her I would be in village for the weekend, however she expected myself and others on Thursday afternoon, so you can only imagine how excited she was, when I showed up on Friday afternoon instead. When I pulled up to her house, there was a Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C work truck outside. Apparently, my mom’s air conditioning system had broken down the night before. Luckily, she was able to get an appointment the honestly next day. I believe that is a perk of living in a small town, there is no wait or backlog for service calls. When my Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C component broke a few weeks ago, I had to wait a couple of afternoons for it to get fixed. Thankfully, I have a ceiling fan in my kitchen because that made it easier for myself and others to sleep on those 2 mornings. Well, the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C guy was there for about an hour while I was there, plus he was able to get the component back up plus running with no real problems. I was glad to believe that I would have air conditioning for the weekend.

Last year, the summer time was harshly hot, plus I have noticed the same this year as well.

The un-even temperatures outside are feeling care about they are in the three-digit range.

Thankfully, both of us have been getting some rain, so that does help to cool us down. I live in the Southern area of the country, plus this is also our rainy season. Those random rain showers are our only saving grace from the blistering heat. My air conditioning system broke last summer time plus I am afraid that it will cut again this year, plus not even a service will be able to prevent it from happening again. The capacitor overheated last year because of the sizzling un-even temperatures outside. And once it overheated, it was unable to charge the system. The capacitor stores electricity plus it gives the air conditioning system the jolt it needs to get the motor running, however last year, when my Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C professional upgraded the capacitor, he mentioned it broke because it overheated. My air conditioning system is in direct sun, plus it is being exposed to that extreme heat every single day. So, I am expecting the capacitor to go out again. I have thought about getting a cover for my Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C unit, however not numerous professionals suggest covering the cooling system. Perhaps, I could install a screen to provide additional shade. Currently, there is a small bush around the unit, however it is not protecting it from the direct sunlight. And to be honest, the leaves of that bush are also getting burned by the heat from the sun. I need to figure this out before it is too late.
