How naive I was to guess that our Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C system cleaned the air in our flat without having a filter in it

I think it goes without saying that cats like yogurt plus kefir as they are both made from milk. I provide them some every afternoon when I eat our kefir plus I try to provide them the fatty area that sits near the top of the container. My girl pet especially loves it plus is consistently begging for more once she finishes it. The girl pet is more interested in playing with the plastic lid that I put the kefir on to feed them. I got turned onto kefir when our Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C rep came out one day to replace our washable HEPA filter one day. The two of us were talking about health plus the importance of taking probiotics to help with gut health when she told me about kefir. I’m cheerful I called the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C company that day to come out plus help me with our Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C system. I eat yogurt too, but didn’t think that kefir had more strains of probiotics in it, so I put more of it in our diet. I also like to eat sauerkraut because it is one of the most probiotic dense foods in the world. I now replace our washable HEPA filter by myself but still go to that Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C company to buy them. Before that Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C rep came out that day I didn’t even think that there was a filter in our Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C system. How naive I was to guess that our Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C system cleaned the air in our flat without having a filter in it. I just didn’t think then, but at least I think now.

Last year, the Summer was severely hot, plus I have noticed the same this year as well. The temperatures outside are feeling like they are in the 3-digit range. Thankfully, both of us have been getting some rain, so that does help to cool us down. I live in the Southern area of the country, plus this is also our rainy season. Those random rain showers are our only saving grace from the blistering heat. My air conditioning system broke last Summer plus I am afraid that it will break again this year, plus not even a service will be able to prevent it from happening again. The capacitor warm last year because of the hot temperatures outside. And once it warm, it was unable to charge the system. The capacitor stores electricity plus it gives the air conditioning system the jolt it needs to get the motor running… Last year, when our Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C company replaced the capacitor, she mentioned it broke because it warm. My air conditioning system is in direct sun, plus it is being exposed to that extreme heat every single day. So, I am expecting the capacitor to go out again. I have thought about getting a cover for our Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C unit, but not several companys propose covering the air conditioner system. Perhaps, I could install a screen to provide additional shade. Currently, there is a small bush around the unit, but it is not protecting it from the direct sunlight. And to be honest, the leaves of that bush are also getting burned by the heat from the sun. I need to figure this out before it is too late.

Did you think that if you work just 1 extra hour at day at your task if you can, that in a matter of weeks you can start saving some extra money? I didn’t think it either until I tried. I was needing to save up to buy a brand new & new central heating & a/c plan unit. And the only way I could do this without running myself into the ground was work 1 extra hour a day at our task with overtime spend money on those hours. And would you suppose it actually worked? Within about 7 weeks I had the money to make the down payment on a brand new & new central heating & air conditioner. This was a good way to get people to buy brand new & new central heating & cooling units when they needed them however could not afford to get the new heating & a/c plan all at once in 1 big payment. With the heating & cooling payment plan you can actually spend money a little per week for up to 5 years! That makes getting a brand new & new central heating & a/c plan affordable for people love me who make an average low however livable income. And it is all from laboring 1 extra hour a day that I could afford to do it!

The 1 thing I have typically preferred is to be laboring alone, not with some partner or extra help.

Being in the heating & a/c business as a certified heat & a/c specialist this goes double for me.

Having someone laboring with me just makes it extra tough to do the task & it gets quite distracting to be totally honest. I work as an independent heating & a/c specialist this week, despite the fact that I used to work for a heat & a/c business. Back when I worked for a heating & a/c business I typically made it a point to tell the management that I preferred to work alone. Even if I had to install a brand new & new central heating & a/c plan unit. If it wasn’t super heavy love a commercial heating & a/c plan after that I could install it with ease alone. The only way I would accept laboring with another person was in those type situations where it was impossible for me to do it alone. But other than that laboring alone was the only way to go for me, & still is. I get our work done so much faster & I give better heating & a/c services to the purchasers. This is our golden rule being an independent heating & a/c specialist. I have to work alone & typically will. Even when there is a big task love a commercial heating & a/c plan installation, I still do the actual work alone. I just hire help to haul the thing. So that is how I operate as a heating & a/c specialist.

I have been totally amazed by these new smart heating & air conditioners that have smart air vents! It is 1 of those things where if your air flow is not right with your heating or a/c, the smart air vents will service it, however more or less, it will work itself out! I can not say enough how amazing this week’s heating & cooling technology is.

Heat & a/c technology love this was not even possible back in the day.

I would have never imagined that all those years later you would be having central heating & air conditioners that could detect bad air flow & have the air vents transport themselves & service the problem! It is amazing what ipad technology can do this week. I have never seen anything love it. As a matter of fact the first time I saw it at a friend’s home I thought I was dreaming. It was something out of 1 of those sci fi movies from back in the day. But this was entirely real & it is this week’s heating & a/c technology. Boy have things changed over the decades since I was a kid & even a young adult, and you would have never thought something love a smart central heating & a/c plan was even possible in those days. Like I mentioned, it would be pure science fiction movie material in those days. How far all of us have come with heating & a/c technology. Who knows what on earth tomorrow will bring? I think all of us all have to wait to see & find out!

The last time I had called the local heating as well as air conditioner company to come out as well as supply my central heat as well as cooling system device a tune up as well as check up their HVAC specialist arrived about a half an minute early!
