Is it just me or is it that every single time there is a heatwave the central heating and air conditioning system seems to go out? Would that be something that is a coincidence or could it be that maybe central heating and air conditioning systems just can not handle extreme heat. Even with today’s quite quite powerful heat and a/c technology. I am not sure. But this always happens to me. There is a heatwave and then the next thing I know I have no air conditioning and have to call the local heat and a/c company to send out a certified heating and air conditioning specialist to repair my central HVAC system. A lot of the time they are so backed up cause everyone’s central heat and a/c units are going out at the same time, so I ended up having to go to a hotel for the night because of this and then return the next day when the heating and air conditioning specialist can come to repair my central HVAC system. I had been thinking about going out and buying a portable a/c to have in the event of emergency of this type of thing happening. Depending on the heat and temperatures, the portable air conditioning system may actually be a way for me to save money and avoid having to go to a hotel in this kind of a situation. I think I am going to go out and buy one very soon because the heatwave for the year is coming.

The one thing I have always preferred is to be working alone, not with some partner or extra help.

Being in the heating and air conditioning business as a certified heat and a/c specialist this goes double for me.

Having someone working with me just makes it extra hard to do the job and it gets quite distracting to be totally honest. I work as an independent heating and air conditioning specialist today, but I used to work for a heat and a/c company. Back when I worked for a heating and air conditioning company I always made it a point to tell the management that I preferred to work alone. Even if I had to install a brand new and up to date central heating and air conditioning system unit. If it wasn’t super heavy like a commercial heating and air conditioning system then I could install it with ease alone. The only way I would accept working with another person was in those type situations where it was impossible for me to do it alone. But other than that working alone was the only way to go for me, and still is. I get my work done so much faster and I provide better heating and air conditioning services to the customers. This is my golden rule being an independent heating and air conditioning specialist. I have to work alone and always will. Even when there is a huge job like a commercial heating and air conditioning system installation, I still do the actual work alone. I just hire help to haul the thing. So that is how I operate as a heating and air conditioning specialist.

Going to HVAC school to become a certified heating and air conditioning specialist was not easy by any means.

No one ever said it was going to be.

But it was a lot harder than I thought. With not knowing a thing about heating and air conditioning repair and installation, I really had to pay attention and do my homework. I ended up passing the final exam and getting my certification to become a heating and air conditioning specialist, but it was a very hard task to complete. Working as a heat and a/c specialist is much easier than the schooling to become one! I would never want to have to go back to heating and air conditioning school ever again. I am glad I passed and I am glad that I now have steady work with one of our local heating and air conditioning companies here in town. I go to work every single day and I am always ready for anything. When I was in heating and air conditioning school I was not like this and not ready for anything. I was actually thinking that I was going to fail and not have a career in the heating and air conditioning business. I was thinking that I may end up having to go into retail sales or some job like that. But because I worked really hard and payed attention, I was able to pass and get the career I always wanted in the heating and air conditioning business. I love HVAC and everything about it. It pretty much is what I was born to do!

I was never for portable heating and air conditioning equipment.

I always thought it was weak and would never be of any help in any situation.

Well, this was back in the day. Today, things are different because portable space heaters and portable air conditioning systems are now very powerful! They are so powerful that they can heat or cool a room in a matter of minutes. I am not joking. I didn’t believe it myself until a good friend of mine actually showed me. After finding this out about today’s portable space heaters and portable air conditioning systems I went right out and bought both. I wanted to have them as an emergency heat and a/c back up in the event my central heating and air conditioning system went down in the middle of a cold front or heatwave. This way I would be totally protected and not have to waste money on a hotel for the night if the heating and air conditioning company could not get out to me on the same exact day that the central heating and cooling system would break down. Before I would have to worry. But now with having the most brand new and up to date portable space heater and portable air conditioning system, I need not worry ever again because these will work to keep me warm or as cool as needed. My opinion sure has changed on portable air conditioning systems and portable space heaters from what it once was a short few years ago or so!

We had a really bad storm a few weeks back and this big tree in my backyard fell hard! It not only fell, but it crashed completely into my central heating and air conditioning system. I ended up having to call the local heating and air conditioning company to send out one of their most certified heating and air conditioning specialists because it made the central HVAC unit breakdown. Lucky for me that the central heating and air conditioning system was not completely broken. It was able to be repaired and the small dent that was in it from the tree falling was also fixed by the heating and cooling specialist from the local heating and air conditioning company. I really lucked out here. This was also a nice wake up call that I should sign up for the heating and cooling company’s heat and a/c service plan. Not having an HVAC service plan right now could have cost me thousands of dollars on a brand new and up to date central heating and air conditioning system unit. However, if I had a heating and cooling service plan from the local heat and a/c company, my HVAC system would be fully covered from a storm or natural disaster. So this is what I ended up doing when the heating and cooling specialist was here fixing the HVAC system. I asked to sign up and pay for a year of their heating and cooling service plan. This way if something worse happens in the future I do not have to worry.

 

 

Home services

The rest is just the same.

Our local heating and air conditioning company recently got under new management. Usually when this happens it can go two different ways. Either it gets better or it gets worse. Well, in this case it is a rare thing because it has not changed much at all. It is still the same quality heating and cooling home services in the local area and the heat and a/c specialists are the same, just having a new company managing them. They did not fire anyone to replace with their own heating and air conditioning specialists. It seems to have been more of a business deal money wise than anything. I think what I heard was the old owners were retiring so they simply just sold the business itself. And the heating and air conditioning company that bought it decided to make no changes at all. The only thing that has really changed is the name of the heating and air conditioning company and the design of the HVAC trucks the heating and air conditioning specialists actually drive. The rest is just the same. If you were to close your eyes and not look at the truck, you would never know they were under new management with a completely new name. I think that is pretty darn cool and amazing to tell you the honest truth of it all. Because most of the time everything changes in situations like this. But not with this wonderful and very professional heating and air conditioning company that we are blessed to have in our local area!

I am so happy about my brand new central heating and air conditioning system! I just got it last week and it was installed today.

The difference in the air quality, the power and the general heating and air conditioning is nothing short of fabulous.

My old central heating and air conditioning system was long on its way out and I had been dealing with that for about a year. I could not afford to get a brand new and up to date central heat and a/c system at the time. So I was pretty lucky it actually lasted long enough till I could. Even though it was not working to the fullest power, at least it was working and it was able to heat and cool my home to an extent. It was not the best indoor comfort, but it sure was enough to keep things just barely livable. I did have some assistance from buying a portable air conditioning system and a portable space heater to use when it was not performing the best. But those days are finally over now! I have the most powerful and greatest central heating and air conditioning system ever in my humble opinion! Heating and air conditioning systems today are so much better than the old ones and are built to last longer. This is by the miracle of today’s heating and cooling technology. Those people who create heating and air conditioning technology advancements are just as amazing as the central heating and cooling units that they build. It is really wonderful. I really can not say anything more about this HVAC unit!
