Life can change in the bconnect of an eye, as our HVAC rep buddy once told me.

When it seems love everything is going just wonderful it can all abruptly change just love that.

And the opposite holds true, when it seems love nothing is going your way as well as everything seems love bad luck, life can change on a dime. I’ve been keeping our head down as well as working at the HVAC supplier as all of this bad fortune hits me because I know life will get better soon, people find the appreciate of their life in a moment, people win the lottery in 1 scratch of a ticket, people conquer their disease as well as are healthy again just love that. I’ve had a ton of bad fortune hit me over the past numerous years so I am ready for that wave of great luck. I am lucky to have our task at the local contractor when it seems love everything else has fallen apart in our life. It’s entirely not that bad but our mind likes to tell me otherwise. I am lucky to have our task working with some cool HVAC techs as well as HEPA filter salespeople. It keeps me in the mix with others when all I want to do is hibernate in our room. I know that being alone too much isn’t great so this task for the local contractor is saving our life. Summer is dwindling down to just a few weeks left now as we enter the end of August soon.

A lot of the people in our small village are here just for the summer time season as well as then they head back to their hometowns to continue their lives elsewhere.

It has been a fun summer time so far as well as I am looking forward to cooler temps as well as our cold water dips, then it is going to take a few weeks till the sea cools down enough where it has beneficial effects on our body. I love cooling down in the water in the morning as well as coming lake apartment as well as warming up with a hot bath as well as a space furnace in our bathroom. The cold water dips entirely wake me up as well as recharge our spirit unlike nothing else. Coffee doesn’t hold a candle to how 55F cold water can wake you up. The HVAC supplier near me has a cold water bath in the summers but they are closed for a few weeks because the owner is out of the country so I can’t use their bath right now. It would be great to take a cold water dip in their bath when the weather is so hot out but it won’t be happening anytime soon. I will just keep taking our cold showers as well as stay cool with our air conditioning till the owner comes back or the weather starts to cool down so I can do our sea dips again. I’m not sure when the owner is coming back but I suppose it is in a week or so.

Air purification simply transformed our home from a place that I wanted to spend as little time in to a place that I now can’t get enough of. That’s the sort of change that the whole home air purification made in our house. That’s not even mentioning the fact that our house is now so much healthier. I still sometimes take the wrong way home. I’ve been working inside the zone controlled HVAC of the same office for 10 years now. And I would always take the same way home each night. I tend to stay late inside that zone controlled HVAC of the office in order to get more done and let the traffic subside. The other night, I got in the car and headed home. It wasn’t until I pulled up in the parking lot of my old apartment that it hit me. I didn’t live in that apartment with the lame heating and cooling any longer. I was a homeowner now. Still, it sometimes is almost like I have to pinch myself to believe it. And when it comes to quality heating and air, man do I ever have in my new house. It’s just awesome really. This is my first home and I couldn’t be more in love with it. It’s the perfect size for me with 2 bedrooms and another small room that I use for a home office. The place is great and has an updated kitchen and really nice faux wood floors and tile throughout the house. What it didn’t have though was good HVAC. And having lived with pretty terrible residential HVAC for so long, I wanted the best residential HVAC that I could afford. And I got it. The quality heating and air in this house might be the best I’ve ever experienced. That could also be due to that fact that I’m kind or partial to this house.

When I was a kid, I simply didn’t know what I had.

These days, I’m a lot wiser and had the good sense to move back to this region.

The weather has a lot to do with it. I’ve lived up north for college and for a while to sort of make my bones in the industry. But I just couldn’t get accustomed to a winter that needs a gas furnace or a boiler. That ended up basically being a deal breaker for me. Had my wife not been as eager as I was to trade the gas furnace for a heat pump, it might of cost us a marriage. But she too was ready to get out of the cold and back into a region where the heat pump takes care of all our HVAC heating needs. When we built this house, we chose to go with a geothermal heat pump. This type of heat pump is about the most efficient one can own. It also uses radiant floor heating to heat the house in the winter. That radiant heating sure reminds of my first days up north where my dorm had a boiler and that radiant heat was just the best. I can even remember when that boiler would really get pumping, the heat in the room could get to sauna like proportions. My roommate and I would have to open the window a bit in the dead of winter that thing was so intense with the heating. The radiant floor heating in our house is much more manageable and we just love it. Although, we really don’t have to use it all that much given how tight our house is and how mild the winter is where we live.

I mean, it’s no dang secret. The winter comes each year and with it comes plenty of cold, snow and ice. That’s the way it’s been year after year since I’ve been on the planet. And with all that cold, snow and ice comes the need for a good bit of HVAC heating. Thankfully, I have a great gas furnace that is only about 6 years old. There is also a nice section on prepping a home for winter. So essentially, I simply went down the checklist one by one. I’m taking it one bit at a time but I’ll for sure be done come October. And I’m going to have a cozy house this winter and save on HVAC heating costs.

It’s been a really tough couple of years in our home. The pandemic pretty much turned our world upside down a bit. Of course, that’s nothing compared to those who lost their lives or lost those dear to them due to the virus. But when I got sent home from the zone controlled HVAC of the office, I knew this wasn’t going to end well. I mean, I just felt it in my gut that my wife and I were going to really have to stay calm and just get through this. My wife lost her job outright. The place she worked for didn’t shut down but laid off almost the entire sales team. My wife hardly had a minute to figure out how to work from the quality heating and air of our house. Instead, she had to start scrambling to find online gigs that she could make money from. I was able to keep my job and work from the HVAC security of our house. Still, I took some steep pay cuts that still haven’t been fully reinstituted. So we had to get real and get real quick. One cost we targeted that first summer was the HVAC cooling costs. We pushed that thermostat as high as we could stand it and pulled all the drapes to stop the direct sunlight heating. That saved hundreds of dollars over the summer. And we almost cut the HVAC service plan to save money. But quality heating and air is an essential and you just simply have to pay for essentials.
