When my great friend and I got married last year, our guest were more than generous with the monetary gifts they offered us! My pal and I absolutely felt Blessed to have so many people come out to support our current lives together.

My pal and I put the money in the savings account to hopefully be able to put a down payment on a dwelling within the year.

My pal and I started looking slowly at properties that my great friend and I could afford. They had to be close to work for both of us, in a lower tax area, plus my great friend and I needed a fenced yard for our two puppies. My pal and I figured that anything else my great friend and I could handle, such as cosmetic updates plus such. The opportunity arose to purchase one of my uncle’s homes as she was relocating. She was willing to lower the asking price so that family could purchase the dwelling plus it met all of our most pressing needs. My pal and I made a big mistake in not hiring an inspector when buying the house. After all, my great friend and I were buying from family, what could go wrong? After spending all of our savings on the down payment, painting, plus some landscaping, my great friend and I just found out the the Heating plus A/C system is shot. The supplier that had worked on it for years told us that they had been telling my uncle to update or updated for several years, and this, was a fact she failed to mention, when she sold us the house. My parents are absolutely mad plus have offered to loan us the money for the repairs. At least my great friend and I can save money on our utility bills as the current one will be way more efficient. Buyer beware, I never thought I needed it when dealing with family, know I was wrong.

This has been a very rough beginning to the current year.

Many of our friends have come down with either the flu or dire colds plus it seems that these just keep getting passed from one family to another.

I have absolutely tried to avoid any social partys plus big crowds in hopes of escaping as many germs as possible. It helps that last year my great friend and I had our Heating plus A/C system updated with additional filtration because it removes many of the germs plus bacteria from the air. I know that this is our best defense against the assault of illnesses that seem to be plaguing our group this year. Maybe if our friends all invested in this same update, they too, would be able to stay healthy. They are absolutely great to work with plus my great friend and I have always been thrilled with their service. They aren’t pushy when the make suggestions to update or change our system. As I said, I absolutely feel that our system has made a big difference in our health since my great friend and I updated it. It’s hard to know that I’m going to be someone’s hubby in just months.

I know I’m still sort of thrown by that fact because I just didn’t guess it would ever happen.

And given the fact that I’m 56 years seasoned would seem to supply some credence to my skepticism about ever being married. That said, I honestly have known my fiance for my entire adult life. We’ve been friends forever and things just sort of became sentimental numerous years ago. And I’m way better off for it just as I am being somebody’s hubby.

When the call came from upstairs, I was surprised.

But I figured the big bosses wouldn’t waste their time on chastising me or firing me. That’s what my boss was for. My husband was not pleased for a few afternoons but understood that this wasn’t something I honestly had a lot of leeway unless I wanted to stay right where I was. And I didn’t. It’s funny though that the first project in the new, larger and better house my nice friend and I just purchased was to upgrade the Heating and Air Conditioning equipment.

The afternoons of superb weather aren’t far off now.

Just the fact that we’ve turned the calendar over to September is such superb news for me.

I cherish the fact that the worst of Summer is behind us. And soon, the demand for Heating and Air Conditioning cooling will begin to be less and less. That’s the part that honestly makes me ecstatic because man, do my nice friend and I ever go through some air conditioner in this house. It’s all I can do to keep the temperature control at some sort of reasonable setting. I’m getting close to simply having the Heating and Air Conditioning supplier come out and install a smart temperature control. I know this Heating and Air Conditioning technology will be more precise when it comes to managing the Heating and Air Conditioning cooling. Plus, the smart temperature control will save me money as well. But the greatest reason I want this Heating and Air Conditioning technology is so I can lock the rest of the family out. That would save us so much money over the course of a summer. Members of the family go right for the temperature control setting when they come from any sort of prolonged exposure to the heat while in the summer. And it’s all the Heating and Air Conditioning cooling they’re after. But really, the heat pump is delivering more than that. While for sure, there is cooler air coming from the Heating and Air Conditioning air ducts, the Heating and Air Conditioning cooling process is providing a truly substantial process as well. And that would be balancing the humidity levels inside the house. This is what makes the inside of the house feel so crisp and dry unlike the heavy humidity outside. So my nice friend and I owe that to the heat pump as well.

I find it both confounding and awesome that I can find just about any answer to any question I might have simply by speaking into my phone. This is still a bit fascinating to me as the technology on my phone is unlike the phone that hung on my wall as a kid. So I have to confess that I’m still a bit of a fanboy when it comes to the internet and all the fabulous possibilities it provides. It’s just that you can also find whatever answer you want to find on the internet. And that’s the rub. I got duped by instructional videos for Heating and Air Conditioning repair and repair. Being from this region, I sort of have a handle on the Summer months.

But that’s more to do with experience and acclimating to the heat than it does anything else.

Just like all the people else, I get overwhelmed by the level of heat and humidity in this area. And like all the people else, I use Heating and Air Conditioning cooling to deal with those temperatures and the moisture. However, since I’ve been here all my life, I have a bit of an fortune current folks just don’t have. Just accept it and beginning by leaving the air conditioner off until mid May if possible. It makes life so much easier and it saves a ton of money on Heating and Air Conditioning cooling costs.
