I have very sensitive skin. When it comes to hair removal it has constantly been a concern. It is annoying that mankind has decided ladies have to basically be without hair. Basically both of us are allowed the hair on our head plus eyebrows, that is it. We are expected to shave our entire legs, lady patch, armpits plus tame our brows. Men get to just be hairy plus wild however. How is that correct? My skin doesn’t do well with a razor. I would get red razor bumps, ingrown hairs plus rashes all the time. I tried hair removal creams plus that only aggravates me further. The home wax plus sugaring kits were a bad thing as well. I am so thankful there is a high end salon in my town. They offer all the works. When I go for an appointment, I get so much done. I have a guy do sugaring on my entire leg section to remove the hair. Then she waxed my bikini line and armpit area. Afterwards I get my eyebrows threaded to tame them a bit. I respectfully end the session with either a haircut or a body massage. I need something fun to end the day. I also enjoy that I hang out at the salon while all the redness on my body fades. I am there for a few hours but it is only one day every month. The salon is really fantastic too. The locale is professional, clean and the prices are good. I am actually ecstatic that I don’t have to take care of my own hair removal at all.

I sit at a computer 8-5 everyday.
I should work out, stretch plus move around during the daytime. I respectfully don’t though. I get so weary after being at a screen all day. I just want to read, smoke my bong or watch some TV. My back plus neck obviously hurt all the time. I went to a chiropractor and that didn’t help. A buddy of mine highly recommended getting a massage on the regular. I looked around plus the only massage parlor was a high end salon in town. So that meant it wasn’t just a body massage shop, they also provided eyebrow threading, sugaring for hair, waxing for the bikini section plus henna for body art. I looked at images of the store plus it was actually geared towards ladies. The whole inside was pinks, purples and whites. All the salon workers were women. I was a bit embarrassed to initially call plus make a massage appointment. My back plus neck hurt too much though. I started out with a massage appointment right at closing to avoid a crowd. The salon is girly and my masseuse is female. She is lovely though. My tension was worked out within the one session. I felt fantastic as new. I now do a two week massage appointment when they can fit me in. I am no longer bothered by the other services they offer. The message is too great and benefits me too much to stop going. I have even thought of taking my buddies with me so they can get massages too.
Fixing my crazy brows

I joke that I have crazy old man brows. I have red hair and blue eyes, but thick black eyebrows. When I get out of the shower I need to make sure I smooth them down or they pop up in every which way. I frequently pull between my eyebrows plus under the brow for rogue hairs. I used to do all my brow repair with tweezers. Not only is it awful, but it doesn’t last long or get the job done at all. When a high end salon opened up in my town, I decided to have them deal with it. I originally pictured them slathering wax all over my face and ripping it off with that method. I wasn’t too worried but concerned to leave the salon with redness. I was actually thankful when my stylist commanded eyebrow threading instead. Rather than going against the grain with wax, they go with the air growth and pull it out with a soft cloth. It is much better on the skin. It causes less pain, redness plus the hair regrowth takes a while. After hearing about all the pros plus seeing my modern eyebrows, I don’t understand why anyone waxes eyebrows anymore. It doesn’t take too much time to have my eyebrows threaded. The threading salon is quick, efficient plus the cost is quite low cost. I no longer need to tweeze and worry about my brows as much. The stylist totally reshapes them plus cuts down on how thick they are. I absolutely look like I have normal eyebrows now.

I don’t want a lot of hair there. I love the look, feel and that I don’t need to worry about myself in a bikini. It makes sense to remove it all. I used to shave that spot. Something about the hair there is unique. I shave my legs plus arms around 3-4 nights at a time. I have smooth skin plus no stubble for a while. With my lady business, I swear after shaving I need to go back in there. The section is so sensitive I couldn’t shave everyday. I once tried hair remover plus only had success with making that area turn red and burn. Thankfully I found a waxing salon near me that takes care of that section now. They offer bikini waxing plus the whole section taken care of. Every few weeks I go to my waxing shop plus Lisa rips all the hair that has formed there. A lot of people avoid waxing due to the pain. Honestly you get used to it. If your waxer is smart, it shouldn’t hurt too bad. Molly can take care of my lady business with only a couple of rips. It takes a few hours of my time plus costs hardly any money. I now don’t worry about razors, shaving cream plus getting every nook plus crack. I never go to the beach and notice stubble on my inner bikini area. I am constantly soft and ready to go.
Sugaring is better for me

I frequently shave against the grain and cause razor burn. I also accidentally cut myself plus bleed all over the shower. More often than not, I will find an area that I just flat out missed too. My shower is a bit tiny plus there is nowhere to put my leg up when I want to shave. For a long time I just stuck with shaving badly plus dreading it every few nights. Then a salon opened up in town that offers all kinds of services. They do henna, sugaring, threading plus waxing. At first I thought having my legs and armpits waxed was the route to go. I talked to the professional plus he assured me that sugaring the hair off would be a better method for me. Waxing pulls the hair right by the root. It lasts longer but it is much more painful of a thing to do. Also if you have sensitive skin similar to me, waxing can actually irritate you plus cause concerns with the follicles, then getting my legs plus armpits sugared is absolutely quite nice. It is a much softer method of pulling the hair out. I only go to my sugaring salon once a month as well. It lasts quite a bit plus my body feels so soft. What they charge is more than worth it too. I would spend my savings on that sugaring shop. It is worth double the cost not to take out a razor again. It saves me time, pain plus aggravation having them do it.

I even went on a trip to an investor weekend where we all talked about how we are improving our wealth.
I read books, talk to other real estate guys, investors, stock brokers, you name it. Basically I want to be financially independent. What does that mean? I want to be able to not worry about money anymore. Basically finally working 9-5, saving money in the bank and paying bills is a good way to never financially be independent. What you need to do is make your money work for you. Money in the bank isn’t doing anything. It is much smarter to buy stock, purchase a rental property or flip houses and put them for sale, but you need assets in your portfolio. You want a high networth rather than a high bank account number. As part of our financial intelligence I want to no longer work a typical job. My goal is to have enough residential and commercial rental properties to pay our mortgage, vehicle and groceries! Each rental should suddenly help me spend our savings for the next one, then currently I have 5 rental properties under our belt, but they range from being an apartment complex to a single family home. I technically have an impressive net worth and could theoretically live off our rental checks I get. I am hesitant to do this. I suppose I might want another rental and then to hire a property supervisor. That way our time isn’t spent on the rentals all day long, but looking for the next day.
