The mobile bathrooms need to be cleaned badly

I go to the beach every morning to watch the sunrise.

After the sun comes up, sometimes I will take a run. Sometimes I head back to the house and walk the dog. The last few weeks, the weather has been truly amazing. I’ve been going down to the water to surf for a couple of hours before I start my day of work. I work from home, so I can make my own schedule and set my own hours. I can start my day at 9:00 or I can start my day at noon. I must have eaten something bad a few nights ago, because my stomach was really upset when I was at the beach the next morning. I went to the mobile restrooms to use the bathroom. I opened the first door of a mobile restroom and the smell was overwhelming. There was absolutely no way that I was going inside of that building. I moved over to the next portable restroom and it smelled a little bit better. It was covered with toilet paper and there was urine all over the place. All of the mobile restrooms by the beach were a mess. I had to use the bathroom, so I picked the one that was the least disgusting. I felt like I needed a shower when I got out of the bathroom. A lot of homeless people use the restrooms by the beach. There are some portable showers at the other end of the beach too and the homeless people use them as well. The mobile bathrooms and showers really need to be cleaned more frequently.

Why was she talking about the alphabet? (PPC, SEO)

I told him I already had SEO, but I wasn’t sure I wanted to use PPC

Have you ever noticed how people who work in a profession all afternoon long guess the layperson knows what they are talking about when they use technical jargon? My sibling-in-law is a SEO expert and works for an online SEO company; I have an Heating and A/C company. If I talk about air conditioning, heating, heat pumps, and other things that go with Heating and A/C, she tells myself and others she doesn’t guess what I’m talking about! Last week, she was telling myself and others she had a shopper who wanted him to help with their SEO. She mentioned PPC and SEO, and I was waiting for him to recite the entire alphabet to me. I told him I was an Heating and A/C company owner and an Heating and A/C worker. I don’t talk about Heating and A/C to him, and she needed to guess I guess nothing about SEO. She paused for a moment and looked at me. I could tell her wheels were turning, and she was going to sell myself and others on internet SEO. I was ready to tell him I already had an internet SEO company laboring with myself and others to help our company continue growing. I left him go on and on, but I decided to ask him what all the alphabet was about. She said that SEO was short for search engine optimization, and PPC was short for spend money per click. I told him I already had SEO, but I wasn’t sure I wanted to use PPC. I preferred to do easy social media ads, and wasn’t anxious with Google search. She wasn’t glad that I had been leading him on, but I enjoyed it.

Heating, Ventilation, and A/C Considerations for Home Remodels

Bring your heating, ventilation, and A/C contractor into the planning process early so you can stay comfortable in your newly designed space.

Once the project is complete, you’ll have a fully functional and efficient way to keep the new or remodeled area of your home comfortable.

Your heating, ventilation, and A/C possibilities may change as a result of your condo renovation. You may be able to extend your heating, ventilation, and A/C ducts to condition the new or remodeled space. To determine whether your heating, ventilation, and A/C unit will be able to handle the new space your handy contractor will make a sizing calculation. You may still be able to use the current unit if the sizing calculation indicates it is too small. Through zoning, your home can be divided into separate areas that will be heated and cooled separately. Aside from being able to use your current system, your condo will be more comfortable, and your air conditioning bills may be lower. If your current unit is too small or has reached the end of its lifespan, you may need to install an entirely new one. If you meet the criteria of the lender, you might be able to fold the cost into the financing for condo renovations. Mini split ductless heat pumps provide heating and cooling without the need of HVAC ducts. For home or flat additions or retrofits, they are ideal. Their high efficiency and ease of replacement make them a wonderful choice. As each mini split has its own thermostat, you can turn it off or adjust the temperature when not in use.

Don’t Put Off Wintertime Heating, Ventilation, and A/C Repairs

You might be tempted to put off your repair services while in the off-season, but now is the best time to do so.

Do you know why you should schedule repairs for your condo in the fall and wintertime instead of waiting until Springtime? In the event that your cooling system needs to be repaired, there are a few things to keep in mind.

Putting off repairs could result in higher costs if your air conditioning unit shows any signs of needing them. If you do not repair minor troubles with your cooling system before springtime, they can become major ones. You might need to replace your entire central unit if the damage is too severe. Having repairs done in the off-season rather than waiting for warmer weather helps keep repair costs down. In the event that you do not get your air conditioning fixed while in fall and put off repairs until springtime, what will happen? During Springtime, you might find that there are drastic troubles with it. Until your air conditioning is fixed, you will not be able to cool your crib in hotter weather. When the weather starts getting warmer again, make sure your cooling system is ready to use by making repairs in the fall and wintertime. Your components might have a shorter lifespan if you do not make minor repairs or believe they do not need to be done. Keeping your air conditioning unit in good working condition for years to come requires correct heating, ventilation, and A/C repair and prompt service. In the absence of these services, your air conditioning component might need to be replaced sooner than you had expected.

Pros and Cons of High Ceilings

The purpose of ceiling fans is to help distribute heated or cooled air more efficiently in rooms that have high ceilings

You can show off beautiful craftsmanship and features such as exposed beams, skylights, and chandeliers in a condo or home with vaulted or cathedral ceilings. Did you know that high ceilings can affect your heating, ventilation, and A/C unit and energy costs? A higher ceiling increases the area that can be heated or cooled by your heating, ventilation, and A/C system. You can expect your system’s workload to increase if you have moved from a condo with low ceilings to one with cathedral ceilings, which will result in higher energy costs. One way to compensate for the elevated ceilings is to install a right-sized heating, ventilation, and A/C system. Consider square footage, ceiling height, and other factors when sizing the system. Due to the design of the HVAC duct, high ceilings can also reduce the efficiency of your heating, ventilation, and A/C system. It’s important to remember that hot air rises, so in the wintertime most of your home’s heat will drift to the ceiling. It is actually likely that in the summer, the cooling system will have to work a lot harder to keep the extra room cool. If you do not want to give up your high-level ceiling, you can work with a professional to install a low- and high-return air register in the room, instead of taking down your high-level ceiling. In the summer, you can shut down the lower return with dampers or magnetic covers and allow the high return to take away heat from the ceiling. As a result, a better build-up of cool air can be achieved. In the wintertime however, you’ll need to do the opposite. The purpose of ceiling fans is to help distribute heated or cooled air more efficiently in rooms that have high ceilings. In the wintertime, run the fan blades in a clockwise direction so that heat from the ceiling can be removed and pushed downward by the fan. When you want to get cooler in the summer, reverse the direction of the fan’s rotation to create a breeze that will cool you down.

Have Your Heating, Ventilation, and A/C Checked on Time

There are several homeowners who neglect to schedule an annual checkup of their air conditioning unit each and every year, which can lead to bad efficiency and a shorter operational lifespan of the system.

If you are close to the 14-week mark or have already passed it, be sure to schedule an appointment as soon as possible.

Many people seem to forget that the air filter is one of the most important components that will keep their air conditioning running smoothly and efficiently all year round. The filter will clog up over time as it collects dust and debris, which will adversely affect the performance of the unit as it gets blocked. This filter should be checked once per week and changed or cleaned as needed. Manual thermostats are a thing of the past, so if your condo still has one of these, switch it out with a programmable model. As a result, you will be able to better manage your cooling needs, reduce energy consumption, and improve your system’s efficiency. Unless you have enough insulation in each section of your condo that requires it, cool air will escape and your cooling system will run longer. A qualified heating, ventilation, and A/C worker can aid you if you need assistance installing insulation. It may seem like an easy thing to remember, but several people neglect to reverse their ceiling fans’ direction once the weather begins to heat up. Make sure that the fan is spinning counterclockwise to lower cooling costs and push the air downwards.
