My dad got a iPhone call the other day from an aged High School buddy plus the woman invited our family up to her property for a week this summer.

I think it is in an section where they used to hang out years ago plus my dad is absolutely happy about going.

She has told us stories about her friends plus all the adventures they had growing up plus I am sure that she feels like revisiting her youth will make him feel the same way again, and she said that there is a attractive lake, hiking trails, fishing, plus more that my associate and I can take luck of while my associate and I are there. Now, I am not the outdoorsy type so this may not be the best idea for me although I will try plus make the best of it. I only hope that there will be some sort of indoor activities too. My idea of a getaway involves hotel rooms, swimming pools, plus shopping, however of course, they also involve having quality heating plus cooling at my fingertips. At least if there is some sort of weather conditions controlled retreat from all the outdoor fun, I can survive the whole property thing. Dealing with hot sunny days without being able to have a cool retreat would be miserable, however dad can care about hanging out with her aged college buddy plus reminiscing about the, “good aged days”, plus my associate and I can make some great family memories. I am willing to make the sacrifice plus put on a glad face so long as I am comfortable. Who knows, maybe I can be converted into a somewhat outdoors lady.

I have been told that I am a hoarder, and i’m not as awful as the people on that one television show, and but I like to keep things that are affectionate to me. I suppose it’s true because my house isn’t as substituted as I would like it to be; A lot of my friends don’t come over anymore because it’s not a cool site to hang out at. I suppose I could substitute my house a little bit. But it does its task. I have a roof over my house, a bed in addition to a living room with an older TV. I could get one of those up-to-date smart TV’s that are truly thin. I just don’t see myself spending a lot of money though right now on it; However I do need to get a up-to-date HVAC system. I called my HVAC provider to come to my house in addition to do their periodical checks. I asked my supplier if I needed to upgrade my system since it’s about ten years old. He said that it wasn’t necessary to do it this year because it still functions correctly. He recommended replacing it in about two more years. In the mean time he told me that I could install an optimizer control to make my existing HVAC system operate more efficiently until I get a up-to-date one. It adds specialized microprocessor controls to optimize performance. Once I upgrade my old HVAC system I can use the optimizer on my up-to-date HVAC system to have it run even more efficiently.

Retirement is not exactly how I envisioned it, it is better.

My partner plus I both worked for so many years plus raised our children so we decided that it was easily time to experience the life we regularly wanted.

Being strapped to the same dead end task for thirty plus years taught us to cherish every moment we have left together. The adolescents know that we are a bit nuts however we decided to sell the house that we lived in for all those years plus buy a big boat to travel the cost. My associate and I have challenges at times finding locales to dock especially during holiday weekends. On those possibilities we need to anchor out plus unluckyly the weather is not regularly cooperative. My associate and I have been out off the coast plus the temperatures have been less than ideal. My associate and I had a few times when it was freezing freezing plus we did not have any sort of heat aboard the boat. During the pleasant months it was enjoyable plus we tried to travel North in the Summer plus South in the winter season however we were still caught off guard at times. I easily wish we had an Heating, Ventilation plus A/C system on board so we could go where we want when we want. I have been studying about some systems that are safe to have aboard plus easily know that we need to talk to an Heating, Ventilation plus A/C corporation at one of the ports to look into having one installed. What nice is it to live a life travelling on our boat if we can’t be comfortable where we are. I have even been tempted to get a hotel room at some ports just to be comfortable for the night plus that just doesn’t make sense. I enjoy our retired life plus don’t want anything to change, except the temperature control on our boat.

I was happy when I heard that the town was going to be picking up giant junk last week.

I had been storing numerous things in the garage that I wanted to get rid of plus looked forward to having the extra space to use for something else.

When the day arrived I was surprised to see that they left numerous items at the curb. When I went to inspect what was there I realized that it was two portable boilers plus one of the small window a/cs. I called plus wondered why they had left these items. They said that they were not authorized to pick up anything that had to do with heating or cooling. They said that multiple of these items contain dangerous chemicals or materials that were not allowed in landfills. I was surprised by this despite the fact that I feel it made sense. There are locales that recycle these items but you need to pay them for the disposal. Government regulations require that these items be respectfully broken down or neutralized so that they are not harmful to the environment plus these facilities have the ability to do that, i was not cheerful about paying for these services but at least I now have extra space in the garage plus know better in the future plus how to get rid of those types of items. This will also affect what I purchase in the future because I will always guess about how I will dispose of that new item in the event that it breaks or is no longer of use to me.

My company is still small and my fantastic friend and I are trying to build our client list so my fantastic friend and I take on some jobs that others would not want.

I have found a way to ensure that my fantastic friend and I have enough money to cover the costs on a bi-weekly basis while doing this. We have partnered with a few rental properties and offer full cleaning of rental units once the tenants transport out. This repair is offered on a flat rate fee basis however there are times when my fantastic friend and I have to tack on extra fees. When this happens the former tenant lose their security deposit because the proprietors much pay for the extra charges. One of our patrons owns a few older homes in the city that have been divided into multiple units. They had some issues with a tenant moving out and when they called us in to wipe the location my fantastic friend and I had to wear hazmat masks for the initial sweep through. I wouldn’t go into detail however it was one of the worst that I have seen. One area that actually needed cleaning was the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C vents. They were coated with dust and grime. The odd thing was, they were in the ceiling. I had never seen this before and had to ask how they worked. The owner said that the ductwork was in the ceiling and that the vents my fantastic friend and I saw along the bottom of the walls were simply cold air return. The vents in the ceiling were opened and closed by a pull chain which I also found strange. We were honestly glad when the repair was done but I will never forget that unit.

I was trying to find a new vacation spot for the family camping trip however all I kept seeing were ads for new Heating, Ventilation, and A/C systems. It is that time of year where flowers are starting to pop up, leaves are emerging, and the world is thawing after a long cold winter. Many companies in the area are trying to sell new Heating, Ventilation, and A/C units and updated air conditioning systems in preparation for the upcoming Summer. I suppose someone was trying to tell me something because I also got an SMS reminder for my annual system check up for the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system in my house. I finally offered up on my vacation search and starting looking at some of the ads, however there were some actually fantastic deals out there on updates and new Heating, Ventilation, and A/C equipment. I called a couple of the local companies to get some estimates and I may end up deciding to pay for a new system. At least if I update my fantastic friend and I can have a fully programmable system that my fantastic friend and I can control when my fantastic friend and I are away on our annual vacation. It will honestly make going away easier in that respect too. Having the peace of mind that our home is safe and secure & perfectly weather conditions controlled will be a wonderful thing. We once went away for vacation only to return home to find that our Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system had died while my fantastic friend and I were gone and the heat had killed all the houseplants while my fantastic friend and I were gone. An added feature would be that my fantastic friend and I could get notified of issues on our cellphone no matter where my fantastic friend and I are.
