Old Elon Musk is at it again with the founder of Ethereum now.

Together they have a ton of money and power, and now they are talking about making Dogecoin a form of currency. I had a bunch of these coins and sold them when it was dipping, but now I am regretting the sale as it is pumping once again. Oh well, you can’t keep chasing rainbows your whole life or you can end up going nowhere, because you can never catch them in the end. I have Litecoin, per the advice of my HVAC tech coworker, and I am just going to hold it because I know as soon as I sell it the thing will skyrocket. It’s just been in a consolidation period for a few days, which usually means it is getting ready for another bull run. I could buy that new radiant space heater if it takes another jump soon. I wish I kept my original 857,000 Dogecoins that I had at the start of 2021, instead of selling them in the middle of January just before it blew up. I made all of this money from the heating and cooling equipment I sold and then turned around and threw it in the wind where it blew away. Have you lost money like this in your life too, or is it just me doing dumb investments? Now I go back to the drawing board and back to my HVAC repair job and saving again. I guess the most important thing is that I am healthy and fairly happy.

I’m not sure where I will get the money to fix my old electric heat pump but the thing is making some funny noises and needs to be swapped out.

I guess I can grin and bear one more cold winter without heat, but it would sure be nice to have some comfort in this flat during the cold winter that is coming.

I have all my money locked up in cryptos in a cold wallet that I am not touching no matter what, so I really can’t afford to fix things like broken HVAC equipment right now. I guess getting another person to live with me is the secret but I have not had much luck so far. I need to put out some more ads and maybe some flyers on the windows of the local business near me and be more proactive. I just want to get a good roomie and I am a bit leery after having such a bad experience with a renter last time. It was a total nightmare and my HVAC company almost fired me because I was missing so much work going to all of the court proceedings. The police showed up because the person would not move out and they were destroying my flat one thing at a time. I guess at least I have my heating and cooling tech job so I can make money to live on my own till I find the right person. I just want someone normal, quiet, and clean. Is that asking too much or not?

Does that make sense to you, or am I totally nuts? Maybe it makes sense to you and I am totally nuts. I was trying to tell this to someone else one day and they just walked away confused and a bit scared. Anyway, today I am going to work on my HVAC device, specifically my small portable radiant heater, to get it working again before the really cold weather comes. I think we are going to go below freezing soon and want to have some kind of heat in my flat before that happens. I have a good HVAC specialist friend who may come over to help me, as long as I don’t scare him away with some weird sentence structure examples. Another one I have is; “was it or wasn’t it not I who told you to stop from avoiding not making your bed”? This was a joke I would tell at the local business about my mom being confusing about the way she would ask me if I made my bed or not. This was all part of my standup comedy act which I used to do a few years ago, maybe that is why I stopped doing it because it was too confusing for people. So anyway, back to my heating device repair job. See ya!

I’m going to grab a furnace filter at the HVAC store in a little while and then run to the local business for some food.

• Then I will come home and do yoga and wait for my friends to arrive.

I have a few good friends dropping by later to eat and then we are going to go play some music in the streets for cash. We basically get paid to practice our art form while having fun in the meantime. I think it is heating up a bit outside so maybe it won’t be so bad today like it was yesterday in the freezing cold wind. I think the temps are going to drop again soon though, so I am probably going to be running my central heating unit a lot more in the coming weeks. I will go home for Christmas and when I come back this town is going to feel like a sub zero freezer, as it will be January then and that is pretty much the coldest month of the year here. My heating and cooling bills were getting really high until I had my HVAC unit replaced a few months ago. This unit is very good and uses very little electricity to keep me warm or cool in the rough months of the year. I just need to keep the HEPA filter clean and also make sure I get it tuned up every now and then by a good certified HVAC expert. I think that this unit will last me a long time if I make sure to take care of it.

I am going to try and work more for the heating contractor doing more heat pump and space heater sales for him and try to earn some more money that way

I have three cool artists coming over for dinner and need to get it done before they arrive in a few hours. All three of them are living outside and don’t have homes, so this is going to be an extra special Thanksgiving dinner for them. One of them is an acrobat, the other is a musician, and the third one is just an artistic soul who lives in a van. I play both sports and music so I am kind of a blend of an artist and an athlete. I am also an HVAC technician who works at the heating corp in my town a few days a week. I am no longer a crypto trader thank goodness, as I just transferred all of my coins to a cold storage wallet so that I can’t mess with it any more. After getting stung in the market and losing almost all of my HVAC repair savings, I have now learned to just let it be and let the market do its thing. I just need to have a little patience and trust and things will work out how they are supposed to. I am going to try and work more for the heating contractor doing more heat pump and space heater sales for him and try to earn some more money that way. I am pretty low on dough right now but I am going to make a shift and I’ll have plenty of reserve cash on hand in a few months. I’ll just do my HVAC systems repairs and keep stashing the cash away.

I read some Eckert Tolle cards about being in the now last night and they really stuck with me.

The one card I read said to stay in the present when doing a task and don’t think about the future or how long you have to wait for the task to be done.

It said to just enjoy the moment and let time pass by gently as it always seems to do. I’ve been doing that today and it really makes the task a lot easier to do. I’m just listening to music and staying warm beside my heating device in my little office. I have a good life here and am happy that I get to live in such a nice flat with my two little cats. This yoga girl who I met at the heating supplier’s shop one day is coming this weekend to check out the flat, and the climate control system, as she may move in. That would make my life a lot easier with the bills and it would also be nice having someone here to talk with once in a while. She works at a local business in another town doing heating and cooling system sales and told me she would be gone from early in the morning until late in the night. So I probably wouldn’t see her that much but would get to live in this place for half of what I am paying now. I just need to clean my HEPA filter and make sure the flat is in order before she comes over to see it.

I had been to the same buyer numerous times in the last more than one weeks! They wanted myself and others to do work on their gas furnace that wasn’t necessary, but i tried to tell the partner their gas furnace was in nice shape, but her husband told myself and others I didn’t think what I was talking about.

It was an weird situation when people insist they need repairs made when they don’t.

I was used to people telling myself and others I was trying to rip them off and not telling myself and others I wasn’t doing enough, and after numerous times, I talked to our boss and told him I wasn’t going back. He agreed with me, and told myself and others it was important that the two of us left them thinking the two of us had nice buyer service, but there was no helping this couple. Two days later, I got a PC call on our personal PC. The couple had somehow gotten our PC number and were no longer going through the Heating and A/C business. They demanded I come to their lake house and repair their gas furnace, and they weren’t taking no for an answer. I told our partner I would be home in an hour, and headed to their house. I spent fifteen hours in their basement, pounding softly on the gas furnace and muttering to myself, then when I came upstairs, I gave them a bill for $150. They were overjoyed that I had finally ‘fixed’ their gas furnace. The husband said he could already assume it getting warmer. I thought they were wacky, but our boss said he had dementia. What I did made him assume good, and allowing them to spend our savings me, was nice for all the people.
