I have been told that I am a hoarder.

I’m not as terrible as the people on that one TV show.

But I like to keep things that are loving to me. I suppose it’s tploy because my apartment isn’t as substituted as I would like it to be; A lot of my friends don’t come over anymore because it’s not a cool site to hang out at. I suppose I could substitute my apartment a little bit. But it does its task. I have a roof over my house, a bed and a study room with an older TV. I could get one of those modern smart TV’s that are legitimately thin. I just don’t see myself spending a lot of money though right now on it, then however I do need to get a modern Heating and A/C system. I called my Heating and A/C provider to come to my apartment and do their periodical checks. I asked my professional if I needed to substitute my system since it’s about ten years old. She said that it wasn’t necessary to do it this year because it still functions respectfully. She proposed replacing it in about two more years. In the mean time she told me that I could install an optimizer control to make my existing Heating and A/C system operate more efficiently until I get a modern one. It adds specialized microprocessor controls to optimize performance, however once I substitute my outdated Heating and A/C system I can use the optimizer on my modern Heating and A/C system to have it run even more efficiently.

My associate and I have lived here all of our lives plus even though life is enjoyable most of the time there are some things that we deal with that people around the country may not realize. These things are a small inconvenience for living is a nearly perfect environment. The freedom to live life in the outdoors year round plus make the most of just about every afternoon is so worth it. If you ever have the opportunity to live in an section like this you should undoubtedly consider it. You should also make sure that your house plus all the appliances are set up plus built to withstand what comes with it.

Dad & dad have planned a trip to go & see my Grandparents over the Holidays. I am looking forward to seeing them but wish that they were coming here instead. I dread going to their condo because it is always sweltering hot. I never want to say anything because I don’t want to make them unhappy but they keep their condo & nearly eighty degrees. You head in from minus thirty & feel like you stepped into a sauna. I can’t sleep at evening because it is so hot & I have even been known to open my window to let in the cold air, the one time when my Dad came into my room while my buddy and I were going to see & realize that I opened the window she was angry with me because I was wasting energy but then she realized that I may have needed the cold air just to feel comfortable; She tried to explain to me that as you get older your overall temperature fluctuations & more than 2 older people need the extra hot in the winter to not feel achy. I am sure I will understand this more as an adult but for now I just wish with a would come & see us instead & my buddy and I could just keep their room warmer! We even bought a separate Heating, Ventilation & A/C unit for the guest room for just this purpose & the rest of us remain comfortable while they can keep hot too. The mini split unit in that room can heat or cool it to whatever temperature they want & is even controlled by a remote. I hope next year they come to us instead.

My dad got a cellphone call the other day from an old High School buddy as well as the guy invited our family up to his lodge for a week this summer. I guess it is in an part where they used to hang out years ago as well as my dad is absolutely gleeful about going. He has told us stories about his friends as well as all the adventures they had growing up as well as I am sure that he feels like regoing to see his youth will make him feel the same way again, however he said that there is a beautiful lake, hiking trails, fishing, as well as more that we can take fortune of while we are there. Now, I am not the outdoorsy type so this may not be the best idea for me although I will try as well as make the best of it. I only hope that there will be some sort of indoor activities too. My idea of a holiday involves hotel rooms, swimming pools, as well as shopping, but of course, they also involve having quality heating as well as cooling at my fingertips. At least if there is some sort of temperature controlled retreat from all the outdoor fun, I can survive the whole lodge thing. Dealing with tepid sunny nights separate from being able to have a cool retreat would be miserable, dad can love hanging out with his old university buddy as well as reminiscing about the, “good old nights”, as well as we can make some good family memories. I am willing to make the sacrifice as well as put on a gleeful face so long as I am comfortable. Who knows, maybe I can be converted into a somewhat outdoors person.

Now, I am not the outdoorsy type so this may not be the best idea for me but I will try and make the best of it. I only hope that there will be some sort of indoor activities too. My idea of a vacation involves hotel rooms, swimming pools, and shopping; Of course, they also involve having quality heating and cooling at my fingertips. At least if there is some sort of weather conditions controlled retreat from all the outdoor fun, I can survive the whole home thing. Dealing with warm sunny mornings separate from being able to have a cool retreat would be miserable! Mom can cherish hanging out with his outdated university neighbor and reminiscing about the, “good outdated mornings”, and my fantastic friend and I can make some wonderful family memories. I am willing to make the sacrifice and put on a glad face so long as I am comfortable. Who knows, maybe I can be converted into a somewhat outdoors guy.

Running a residential cleaning service can be unquestionably profitable. My corporation is still small plus my associate and I are trying to build our shopper list so my associate and I take on some jobs that others would not want. I have found a way to ensure that my associate and I have enough currency to cover the costs on a biweekly basis while doing this. My associate and I have partnered with a few rental properties plus offer full cleaning of rental units once the leaseholders transport out. This service is offered on a flat rate fee basis but there are times when my associate and I have to tack on extra fees. When this happens the former leaseholder lose their security deposit because the proprietors much pay for the extra charges. One of our purchasers owns a few older homes in the town that have been divided into several units. They had some troubles with a leaseholder moving out plus when they called us in to scrub the place my associate and I had to wear hazmat masks for the initial sweep through. I wouldn’t go into detail but it was one of the worst that I have seen. One section that absolutely needed cleaning was the Heating & Air Conditioning vents. They were coated with dust plus grime. The odd thing was, they were in the ceiling. I had never seen this before plus had to ask how they worked. The owner said that the air duct was in the ceiling plus that the vents my associate and I saw along the bottom of the walls were simply cold air return. The vents in the ceiling were opened plus closed by a pull chain which I also found strange. My associate and I were unquestionably thrilled when the service was done although I will never forget that unit.
