My current smart control component has lots of good features, however one of the best things about it is the fact that it reminds me when I need to change the air filter! It is a really exhausting habit, plus I suppose for a fact that it is not superb for my Heating plus Air Conditioning system, and having a nice fresh air filter for the air to flow through into your ventilation plan really helps with your home’s indoor air pollen levels. Whenever the two of us were staying overnight in a hotel a couple of weeks ago, the oil furnace in the hotel room was not working.

This was not great for us because it was really frosty outside that night. Last Spring, I decided to thoroughly wipe my lake condo from top to bottom.

While the bee contractor was genuinely nice about arriving quickly and handling the problem, this resulted in some injure to my walls, ceilings and air duct. I then had no option however to hire the HVAC contractor to repair, wipe and seal the duct system. The bees had left behind a good deal of debris inside the pipes that would potentially block airflow and cause problems with indoor air pollen levels; All of these many services added up to a good deal of time, stress and expense. Every one of us were unable to run the a/c until the bee problems were taken care of. The condo was harshly hot the whole time.

Being pregnant has been a single of the worst things ever.

I have had a horrible pregnancy.

Right from afternoon a single I have been sick as a dog. I felt nauseous in the first trimester. In the minute trimester I was vomiting! Now I am dealing with acid reflux to the point where I can’t sleep & I gag. I am ready for this to be over. On top of all of this, our body temperature is out of control. A guy naturally experiences an increase in body temp when being pregnant. I guess enjoy I got more than a few degrees warmer. I live in the south as well & am pregnant in the summer. I basically sit inside with the a/c running at all times. If I leave the AC, I go outside in the heat & immediately guess sick. I get nauseous, light headed & have to cool down. I don’t guess what I would do separate from our a/c. I easily recognize I couldn’t survive the pregnancy. Not having a pool as well makes it difficult. As our pregnancy has progressed I have gotten less tolerant of the heat too. I used to push through & just deal with the sweat. Now I can hardly sit it. I have gotten into studying, cleaning up our lake house & preparing for the baby. All indoor activities with the cooling method running at the highest setting. I am hoping that our normal body temperature comes back when I deliver birth. I guess our husband isn’t pleased with the A/C settings.

I have a big shed situated in our backyard that I use as our lake house gym, however the cement floor, eight-foot ceiling & square footage are ideal.

There is a window situated at each end of the shed that is helpful to deliver fresh air while in milder weather! I enjoy to workout first thing in the afternoon when possible.

I spend approximately an hour on a combination of stretching, strength training & high-impact aerobics. I have an incline bench, mini trampoline, battle ropes, free weights, yoga mat, jump rope, medicine ball & a stationary bike. The only concern I had with the space was the lack of temperature control; For a while, I got by with an electric space furnace in the Winter time & a window a/c in the summer. I’d need to go out to the shed, start up the portable furnace or cooling unit & then wait about an hour before I could begin our exercises. On especially hot or freezing afternoons, the furnace & a/c struggled to keep up with demand. I’d try to workout as early as possible while in the Summer to avoid the heat of the afternoon, during the winter, I’d wait for the temperature to warm up before working out. I finally decided to make an improvement. I had a ductless heat pump permanently installed to handle year round temperature control. The method consists of a compact outdoor compressor & a tightprofile indoor air handler. The air handlers is mounted up high on the wall & provides both heating & cooling capacity. I’m able to switch from heating to cooling, raise & lower temperature, adjust fan speed & even target the direction of airflow from an app on our iphone.
