I’ve been thinking a lot lately about how I wish my life would develop in the future.

I’ve never given this much drastic thought before, however recently I’ve focused more on my upcoming goals, and one of my largest aims, I’ve decided, is to live with my best neighbor in the future.

This is not to say that she plus I will live alone together, rather, I think that she plus her significant other should reside in the same locale as my boyfriend plus I, and everyone would have a neighbor to hang out with plus so much of our relationship tension would be buffered by the other parties. Additionally, together my wonderful friend and I could all afford to have the best household ever! By pooling our finances my wonderful friend and I could have a ton of property, replaced features, plus a state of the art Heating plus Air Conditioning system. I would actually prefer to have a brand new, highly efficient central heating plus cooling plan one day soon. I desire to have the most replaced options, such as a smart control device to go along with the energy efficient units. That way, my wonderful friend and I could all track plus adjust the indoor air conditions from somewhere with our smartphones. I also think it would be necessary to invest in zone controlled temperature control. That way, even if the four of us have differing temperature preferences, my wonderful friend and I can all stay perfectly comfortable inside. My home office can have unique settings from the residing room, which would be distinctly heated from their home office! I can’t wait to live in complete harmony with the ideal temperature control system.

I’m legitimately lucky to be in such a mobile relationship.

• Together, my wonderful friend and I travel all over the locale on our weekends together… Much of the time we’re traveling in the name of a company matter, plus the other half of the time my wonderful friend and I hit the road to go see family plus friends, no matter what, it feels like we’re usually heading in a strictly north-south path from home.

I love all the sites along this route, however the tricky part is the degree of temperature discrepancy that my wonderful friend and I experience; Due to our weather patterns, when my wonderful friend and I move in a lateral direction across the country my wonderful friend and I pass through multiple diverse climates along the way. When my wonderful friend and I head up north my wonderful friend and I encounter slowly decreasing temperatures plus changing sky conditions. As my wonderful friend and I move south there’s a clear difference in the heat plus humidity until my wonderful friend and I hit our torpid Florida destination. All along the way my wonderful friend and I experience temperatures somewhere in between as my wonderful friend and I stop to refuel plus take potty breaks. This means we’re continually changing our clothing to match the climate conditions plus trying to offset the uncomfortable temperatures with tepid or frigid beverages to adjust. It also requires us to pack quite heavily even for short trips, because my wonderful friend and I can’t predict all the weather conditions my wonderful friend and I will encounter. Most annoyingly, but, is how sick it makes us to endure vastly strange air temperatures each day. There’s nothing like sneezing the whole time you drive. I prefer our long road trips plus sightseeing, however I actually wish my wonderful friend and I could stay in a more uniform climate along the way!

I feel like I continually complain about being an adult, but it just keeps getting worse somehow.

I thought that my most financially unsteady times were behind me, but it seems like there’s a new surprise every day. That’s why I started working out an intense budgeting system for myself last month. I was hoping I could cut down on frivolous spending if I tracked every dollar I made, and from there I could develop a brand new system for divvying up my money, but however, I suppose all this financial analysis has mostly worked to turn me against my heating and cooling system at home. You see, I realized within a few hours of developing my budget that one of my greatest expenses was my dwelling electrical bill each month; From there, I determined that it was my outdated heating and cooling system which cycles on and off all day long, that sucked up a ton of energy. I tried my best to cut down on my temperature control reliance, but even with the temperature continually set to a modest 68 degrees, my energy bill was still astronomical. I called out my local Heating and Air Conditioning business and had the entire heating and cooling system and air duct completely cleaned out. Still, my furnace and a/c component seemed to run truly inefficiently. That’s when I began looking into replaced heating and cooling equipment. Soon I had a brand new energy star rated furnace in my basement and a/c component resting out back. Finally, my energy bills started to plummet! Too awful I just blew two years of budgeting on my new equipment.

Lately my guy and I have been having some pretty intense talks about searching for our next residence… We’ve only lived together in a rental house for about 6 months, and already we’re thinking about purchasing a dwelling when our lease is up, you see, although it’s a large move, it also would greatly reduce our bi-weekly cost of living to pay a mortgage instead of rent. We’d also like to be earning equity so long as we’re dumping money into a residence every month, however that being said, the maturity of the situation ends there, however all my associate and I do is bicker about the particulars of the house. While he’s most interested in the space for working on his car and grilling outdoors, I’m obsessed with the lighting inside and the new Heating and Air Conditioning system, i entirely refuse to live somewhere that does not have fully functioning and highly effective heating and a/c already in locale. I don’t want to roll the dice and buy a locale with an outdated system and spotty service records. My grandma and grandpa’s house is the best to go to when my whole family is in town.

My grandpa likes to set everything up in the backyard with chairs and tables.

My grandma cooks a plethora of food to feed all of her children and grandchildren. It is the best time. She’s Italian so she cooks a lot of homemade Italian food that she has grown up with. She’s the best cook out of our family. Sometimes when she’s cooking, she has the oven on and the kitchen gets a little hot. My grandma will tell me to turn the thermostat down so the air conditioning unit can kick on. I’ll go to the thermostat and turn the knob. At my house I have a programmable thermostat. I mentioned to my grandmother if she’s asked her HVAC provider about having a programmable thermostat. She told me it wasn’t something that was on her mind when they would come to her house. She said she had an appointment with them next week. The week after I went to her house when the HVAC technician came. I mentioned to him about the programmable thermostat. He recommended strongly that my grandparents install one. This is because it can save energy and money all year round. Not to mention it’s easy to operate. Having a programmable thermostat allows you to set a certain temperature when you’re home and when you’re away from home. My grandparents were interested because they’re always looking to save money now that they’re retired.
