As my associate and I move south there’s a clear difference in the heat and humidity until my associate and I hit our torpid FL endpoint. All along the way my associate and I experience temperatures somewhere in between as my associate and I stop to refuel and take potty breaks. This means we’re continually changing our clothing to match the weather conditions conditions and trying to offset the uncomfortable temperatures with hot or frigid beverages to adjust. It also requires us to pack quite heavily even for short trips, because my associate and I can’t predict all the weather conditions my associate and I will encounter. Most discouragingly, however, is how sick it makes us to endure vastly peculiar air temperatures each day. There’s nothing like sneezing the whole time you drive. I appreciate our long road trips and sightseeing, despite the fact that I actually wish my associate and I could stay in a more uniform weather conditions along the way!

I realize how difficult it is in this day and age, although I feel like there’s no use in being with someone if you can’t turn around separate from expecting the worst.

That’s why my bestie and I try our best to give each other the benefit of the doubt and stay out of each other’s business. We don’t go through each other’s phones, we never question who the other person is going out with, and we don’t dig through one another’s social media accounts. That being said, there is one check that I have on my bestie, thanks to our smart temperature control. You see, my bestie has an interesting habit whenever he gets home. He loves to go over and check the temperature control immediately upon entering the house. For one thing, he wants to set the temperature control to the ideal temperature based on his current temperature needs and the air condition outside. Secondly, he is a bit paranoid and prefers to make sure the whole Heating and Air Conditioning system has been working respectfully during his absence… Both of these factors, coupled with his anxiety, mean he will typically adjust the indoor temperature control equipment within 2 minutes of getting to the house. How does this help me, you ask? Well, we have a smart temperature control installed at condo for the heating and cooling system, but unbeknownst to him, I have programmed the temperature control to send me push notifications every time the temperature settings are adjusted. Thanks to the smart temperature control, I typically know exactly when he’s getting condo and how distracted he is, even if I’m hundreds of miles away.

There are a few things that I’m entirely passionate about in this world.

One of them is spreading suicide awareness amongst our local communities and advocating for critical mental health reform, another thing is civil rights around the world and supporting progressive social change, but probably my greatest passion, however, is raising guinea pigs.

It all started about 10 years ago, when I got my first guinea pig, Prince Albert, and he was an adorable long haired furball who resembled a toupe more than a living critter. Soon, I got Albert a current friend, and named my current guinea Papua. Pretty soon, however, I figured that they both needed more company in the form of a lady guinea. And so, with that addition, my guinea pig farm was born. At this point I have expanded from three to three hundred domesticated guinea pigs, and I couldn’t be happier with my life. The only thing is, they are continually outgrowing their habitat and costing me more money in condo renovations. Right now the greatest issue facing my bank account is the need for a superior Heating and Air Conditioning system for the guineas. See, guinea pigs are certainly resistant to cold air and cool drafts, so I never worried much about our indoor heating before. Recently, however, I’ve learn that baby guineas thrive when they are toasty warm in artificial heating. As such, I’ve set up a current nursery room, which I would like to install radiant heated flooring into. Then the little men will have accurate and reliable heat right under their tiny feet. The room will need zone controlled heating, so I’m also installing a smart temperature control to operate the heated flooring, but for whatever reason, when the Heating and Air Conditioning serviceman was inspecting my home, he also insisted I get a brand current media air cleaner and all current HEPA air filters for my indoor critter farm. I’m not quite sure what he was getting at.

I’ve never given this much extreme thought before, but recently I’ve focused more on my upcoming goals, and one of my biggest aims, I’ve decided, is to live with my best buddy in the future.
