I have to tell you that I keep up on all the latest and greatest in heating and air conditioning technology.

And in the last year there has not been any advancements in heating and air conditioning technology whatsoever.

Could it possibly be that heating and cooling technology has reached its peak and that there will be no more? I am hoping not, because I feel that heating and air conditioning technology has a very far way to go yet. There is so much more than can happen for heating and air conditioning technology in my opinion. Such as much better smart thermostats for instance. Also I think that central heating and air conditioning units themselves can also be improved upon with better and longer lasting motors, as well as possibly making cheaper whole home air purification systems that the general joe public could afford! Air quality is very important these days and I would like to see this happen because I would buy a whole home air purification system if it was at all possible to be able to finally be able to afford one! These are just some of the things I believe can happen for heating and air conditioning technology. So I hope that maybe they just slowed down and much more modern heating and air conditioning technology is yet to come in this world. I am certainly keeping my fingers crossed that this is the case and that some new heating and air conditioning technology is coming very soon.

In the winter time months of the year when it is super chilly outside I like nothing more than to be nice and cozy inside my home which has the best quality heating available.

I really went all out when I purchased my latest central heating and air conditioning system for my home.

I wanted something that was very powerful and had the most brand new and up to date with the heating as well as the air conditioning! And by having this it makes it so I am very comfortable at all times no matter what the weather is outside. It can be below 0 and my top quality heating and air conditioning system’s heater would keep my home super warm and ultra nice inside. That is just how powerful it is. I would never want to have anything else heating my home this time of the year in the super cold winters other than my top of the line central heating and air conditioning system unit. It can get really cold here with major snow storms and even freezing rain. And if you do not have the proper central heating and air conditioning system it can be a very rough ride all together. I know I did not want that, which was the whole reason for the wonderful investment into the most top quality heating and air conditioning system available on the market these days in the whole country of the United States of america! I love my central heating and air conditioning system so much!

I am a person that loves staying home in the summer time months of the year. The reason for this is because I have the most quality central heating and air conditioning system. And my air conditioner is the very best of the top most quality. Having quality air conditioning in my home in the summer makes it so that’s the only place I wanna be. And I do have that choice because I am a teacher and do not work in the summer time months of the year. I actually do leave the house and sometimes even go on vacation with my family. But when I am not I am really and truly at home in my very good and high quality air conditioning system unit. My central heat and a/c unit cost me a lot of money because I went for the most brand new and up to date central heating and air conditioning system on the market today. I wanted to have one hundred and ten percent indoor comfort no matter what the cost. And I was lucky enough to have been able to afford to have the luxury of great indoor comfort in my home. This was the best option and my wife even agreed with me. So we invested the amount of money needed to get that top of the line and most high quality central heating and air conditioning system into our home. It was the best and still is the best. I would not have it any other way and I really enjoy being at home in my quality air conditioning in the summer time months of the year.

I recently had a small issue with the billing department of my local heating and air conditioning company. I had hired them to come out and repair my central heating and cooling unit and I then charged it on my debit card. And what happened from there was a few weeks later I came to find that they overcharged my debit card by almost one hundred and twenty bucks! I knew this was totally wrong as the price for the heating and air conditioning repair as well as the heating and air conditioning home services was not as expensive as what was charged to my debit card. So at this point I called my local heating and air conditioning company to inquire about what I found on my debit card charge. They went and put me on hold for about 14 minutes. Then when they finally came back they highly apologized to me about what had happened stating that it was a fault in their computer billing system. They were able to fix the charges right away and put the overcharged amount right back on my debit card where it belongs. I was very happy when they were able to do this as fast as they did. Usually with something else they give you that crap about 5 to 10 business days. But not the heating and air conditioning company! They had their mistake corrected right away and all in all it was like it never happened by the end of the whole thing. Not to mention they gave me a voucher for a free heat and a/c tune up.

The air quality in my local area has been the worst anymore.

I have a very high end portable air purification system that a pal of mine bought me, and that is no match for this bad air quality! Sure the portable air purification system does help a little bit and dulls it down, but it still gives me issues with my allergies.

Some days it actually works, but most as of late it just does not. I have never seen bad air quality like this before. I am actually thinking about throwing in the towel and investing a ton of money into a whole home air purification system. That seems like it could be the answer to all of this. A whole home air purification system I know would fix the situation all together. I am going to see if maybe my local heating and air conditioning company may have a heat and a/c payment plan available that includes whole home air purification systems. Because that is the only way that I am going to be able to afford one of those whole home air purifiers. Because they are so expensive that there is no way I can afford them otherwise. And sadly, that is the way it is. If my local heating and air conditioning company does not have a heating and cooling payment plan, I will just keep looking until I find a heating and air conditioning company which does offer a heating and cooling payment plan which includes whole home air purification systems.

I could not believe it when I was told by the higher ups at the local heat and a/c company that I was getting a major promotion! I had been working for this heating and cooling company for almost 10 years now, and after all this time I was told that I was up for a promotion to management.

I was very happy about this.

The pay was going to be almost triple what I was making as a regular heating and air conditioning specialist and it was going to be a weekly salary. Right now I am on a per hour pay. Which means if there is not enough heating and air conditioning repair or heating and air conditioning installation work for the week, I lose pay. This will not even be a worry anymore when I am in the management position at this local heating and air conditioning company. I mean I really did work hard all these years, so it is really nice that they saw this fact and that I am going to be getting this major promotion at the heating and air conditioning company. I am so grateful to be totally honest with you. I never would have expected this coming at all. There were no warnings or hints so to speak, I just made this offer out of the clear blue of nowhere. Sometimes things just work out like this and I happened to be the lucky person in this awesome situation. I will be looking forward to starting my new heating and air conditioning company management job in the next few weeks.

One thing you never want to do is rent to own a central heating and air conditioning system. I had tried this one time and I have to tell you that it was a serious and merely utter disaster. With renting to own a central heating and air conditioning system, the first thing that is bad is the fact that in the long run you will be paying nearly double what you would pay had you bought the very same heating and air conditioning system unit from a regular heat and a/c dealership. When I was renting to own a central heating and air conditioning system there were a few times where I could not afford to make the monthly payment. In return I nearly lost my central heating and cooling! I was able to borrow the money from friends and family these times, but just the thought of not having that option available was scary. Nevertheless, to make a long story short I did not end up seeing this through till the end and gave it up after about 7 months when at that point I figured out a way to get up the money to just buy a brand new, up to date and moderately priced central heating and air conditioning system. So my advice here is to never rent to own a central heating and air conditioning system! It could be the worst thing you ever have done. Not only do you risk the possibility of having no heating and cooling had you not been able to make a payment one month, but you also end up spending way more than you have to on a central heating and air conditioning system unit.
