Yoga works for me

Every week, I perform a three-way split workout, training different body parts once a week. Growing up, I used to exercise every afternoon. As a result, I only need to lift weights several nights a week to maintain the muscle I still have. Despite having less muscle now, I am more flexible and have added yoga to my workout routine. I used to work as a heating and air conditioning technician. I also suffered from lower back pain until I started doing yoga every afternoon to relax my body. Because it has helped me so much, I’m going to continue to do it until I no longer have the capacity to transport. I used to have trouble bending over for several minutes at a time while I worked on my air conditioner, but not anymore. Since I do most of my work online, I don’t need to lift as much weight as I used to when I was younger. I used to have to carry heavy heat and air conditioning equipment upstairs and onto ladders, but now I can do everything with my fingertips. I still do some manual labor, but not as much as I used to when I was younger and stronger. I intend to disinfect my gas furnace filter today, considering that Winter will soon arrive as well, and I want it ready to go when it does.
