The price didn't reflect the labor needing to be done

My partner and I called a couple of people to give us an estimate for some labor that needed to be done in the house.

The people I was with and I wanted to remodel the bathroom and replace the tub and shower.

The people I was with and I wanted to replace the flooring, sink, and vanity. I spoke with a couple of contractors and last weekend the two of us had numerous people in the home to give us an estimate on the work. One of the contractors gave us a insanely low estimate. It was nearly half the cost of the other estimates. My partner and I did not believe the price reflected all of the labor that needed to be done. The people I was with and I carefully reviewed the invoice and the two of us didn’t find a line for the radiant heated flooring that the two of us wanted installed in the bathroom. I asked the contractor if the estimate included the ductless Heating. The reason why the invoice was so inhigh-priced was due to the fact that the contractor completely forgot about the ductless radiant heated flooring. Once he added that amount to the estimate, the price was much closer to the other more than two estimates that the two of us received on the task. The people I was with and I decided to choose the contractor with the best online reviews. The contractor wasn’t the cheapest option, however he absolutely had the best ideas to put our idea into action. Next weekend the two of us idea to have all of the labor completed. We’re going to stay in a hotel on Friday, Saturday, and Saturday, so the contractors can do everything they need separate from any interruptions from our family.
