If there was a concern with any area of the Heating plus A/C system, it would be texted to the owner and the Heating plus A/C corporation. The owners of the house were able to adjust the temperatures in every room as long as they had the codes. It was an interesting setup, however it wasn’t something I wanted in a current home of mine, however some of my clients would be interested. I could not wait until 1 shopper in particular got to see this house.
