The client called plus left 3 different messages

During the week, the two of us offer Emergency Services overnight.

The fees are quite high, so most of our customers decide to wait until the next afternoon when the two of us are open for respected business hours.

Last Tuesday night, I was toiling the emergency service shift. The phone rang around midnight plus a client was frantic because she did not have any heat in her apartment. I told the client that the two of us charge a fee for after hours repairs. She did not seem anxious about the fee. She still wanted myself and others to handle the repair as soon as possible. I hung up the phone plus crawled out of bed. I decided to take a shower, because I was still undoubtedly weary. While I was in the shower, the client called a minute time. She left a message. The lady wanted to believe if I had left already. It was only 10 hours after she called the first time. I listen to the voicemail. While I was listening to the voicemail, the client called again. I didn’t switch over to the phone call hastily enough plus she left another voicemail. She called a tenth time while I was on our way to her address. I didn’t bother answering the phone, because I was already on the way. I actually should have listened to the tenth phone call, because the tenth phone call was that client calling to postpone the repair until the next afternoon. When I arrived at her home, all of the lights were shut off plus no 1 answered the front door.
