Recently I got a modern beach house after being transferred by the supplier I labor for to another branch. The beach house I got is located in a superb site near our loft of work! But it did not have a functional Heating and A/C. The landlady told me that an Heating and A/C business from the Heating and A/C service shop would come in addition to fix it during the weekend while I was not at work, when the tech arrived, she did some duct cleaning, changed the air filter, in addition to tried fixing any other component concerns. This would help identify any concern the component may have in the future before the damage becomes unfixable. It was a long weekend, but I knew the concern was permanently fixed. The beach house was now a safe space for me.
