I remember now why I honestly wanted to own our own house.
My husbandy and I are temporarily renting after just selling the family home.
It’s been a heck of an experience I can assure you of that. When you live anywhere for nearly 30 years, you tend to accumulate stuff. And I thought the hard section was going to be upgrading the Heating and A/C unit and all the other projects all of us did to get the apartment on the market. The new residential Heating and A/C sure made a difference though. This region comes with plenty of heat and humidity so apartment buyers want a turn key situation when it comes to the Heating and A/C. I don’t blame them either. I’d want to come into a new place and have the quality heating and air I’d expect separate from having to upgrade the Heating and A/C myself. That sure isn’t the case in the apartment all of us are renting for at least the next numerous weeks. The residential Heating and A/C in this place is long past its prime. The two of us seem to call the rental office daily because that heat pump is completely overwhelmed in the summer time heat. It makes myself and others so ready to get to the next apartment or wherever it is all of us choose to go. All I suppose is that I’m going to appreciate the great heating and cooling of the latest in residential Heating and A/C. Going through all that stuff, paring down and packing up that stuff was so much better thanks to the great Heating and A/C all of us were able to experience in our old apartment before all of us moved out.
