Our apartment has been seriously having problems with temperature control. In 1 section it will be too warm or too cold and in another section it will be the most perfect temperature… Something needed to be done about this because it just wasn’t regular indoor comfort. So after doing a lot of thinking and a lot of researching looking for answers, every one of us came up with the solution of getting a zoned heating and air conditioner! If you are not regular with this, it is also known as Heating and A/C zone control. And what Heating and A/C zone control does is make it so that your apartment can have the central heating, ventilation and A/C plan be running at 1 temperature in a particular section and another elsewhere. It is sort of appreciate having a few peculiar central heat and a/c units in 1 home, but it is all in 1. I will tell you that it was the most viable solution and now our apartment has perfect temperature control and indoor comfort; But the disadvantage of all this is that I am going to be paying off the loan for several years to come. Me and my family are not wealthy, however every one of us are just average working class people that normally would not be able to afford such luxury as a zoned heating, ventilation and A/C plan unit.
