Pulling the home services van out of a muddy road

I tried to get myself out of the muddy road, but I failed

At the heating corp, I could see the clouds gathering. It was just about a matter of time before it started raining. A PC call roused me from my train of thoughts. The caller was a homeowner who required duct cleaning plus a gas fireplace repaired. My fellow Heating as well as A/C repairman plus the rest of the crew were out on a boiler upgrade that required them to kneel the air duct from scratch. With that kind of workload, they would be laboring on it the whole morning. I hopped into the home services van plus headed to the given address. It was a little further than I had expected however being the only heating provider in that section of the countryside I was not surprised. After inspecting the whole home furnace, I discovered that the gas oil furnace had some mechanical issues plus the Heating as well as A/C duct had a leak. All these issues had resulted in high energy costs despite the homeowners applying most of the energy-saving help tips they knew. The a single they failed to do, which was an annual oil furnace/heater tune-up, was the genesis of all the troubles they were facing. The only thing that was in nice condition was their washable filter. By the time I finished all the repairs plus service, it had started raining heavily. The drive to the main road was treacherous because it was muddy, plus the visibility was not so nice because of the rain. Three hundred meters from the house, the van got stuck in the mud. I tried to get myself out of the muddy road, but I failed. The homeowner, who was legitimately enjoying me, noticed that I was stuck, plus he came with his truck plus pulled me out.
