It still amazes me how different my husband and I are to each other.
The saying opposites attract really is true for us.
My husband is a cat person, while I am a big dog lover. My husband loves anything involving instruments and making music, while I couldn’t care less and I like to garden, which my husband doesn’t care for. Another difference is the fact that my husband wanted simple and comfy clothes, but I love anything designer. Anyways, despite our differences we did share a lot of similarities as well. We both loved philosophy, as well as talking about the paranormal side of the world. Well, at the end of the year, we planned on celebrating our anniversary by taking a trip down to the southern states. Our vacation was going to be bungee jumping, as that was another thing we both shared, we both loved the thrill and adrenaline of doing dangerous activities. Our vacation was amazing and by the end, I found myself wanting to stay in the southern states. I loved the heat and warmth all day. When I told my husband, he looked at me like I was crazy. He told me, no thanks, I’m staying up north. So I guess that was another difference between us, he loved the cooling of the northern states, meanwhile, I preferred the heating of the southern states. So to help compromise, I ended up using the furnace system a lot more in the northern states. With the furnace machine, it almost felt as if we were on vacation again.
