While most people invest into a getaway or personal investments, we had less traditional plans.
The more than one of us wanted to use the money to have our air duct upgraded. We’d been residing in the same beach house for over 10 years & the air quality seemed to decline as the years went by. The air quality was something we were regularly discussing with our HVAC business & she was regularly giving us small tips. We tried replacing the air filter more frequently & we attempted to transport around many whole-house air purifiers. However, air filters add up over time & whole-house air purifiers aren’t a cheap investment either. The greatest change our HVAC business said we could make was to upgrade the air duct. The air duct was over more than one decades old & it not only needed to be cleaned, but it needed to be upgraded. There were holes forming throughout, which was causing our energy bills to steadily increase every month too; Replacing the air duct was a large job, but we were committed to doing it. My fiance & I had no intention of moving anytime soon, so it was worth the investment. We not only wanted our air quality to be better but we wanted to waste less energy on our daily HVAC bills. Once the process began, the upgradement of our air duct was quick & painless. The HVAC business handled everything & we sat back & reaped the benefits.
